Overall Okay but Needs Updates
We stayed in Sanremo for 2 nights, and this apartment worked okay for us but a few things to consider before booking :
- Location: the apartment is up a pretty steep hill and at least a 20-30 min walk to nearest restaurants/shopping. The grocery store is right at the bottom of the hill which was really nice! However, with taxis in Sanremo not super reliable (no Uber) this would be important to consider if you couldn’t walk or didn’t have a car.
- The Apartment: We really had a good time during our stay however, the apartment needs some major updates The toilet kept running, WiFi rarely worked, hot water ran out super quick, and it was clear early on that linens/appliances/etc. hadn’t been updated in awhile.
We had the best time as a couple regardless, but definitely a few things to consider if you’re relying on these kinds of things for a family or couple who can’t get around as easy.
