Amazing Place

We loved our stay at Casa Jardin. It's centrally located and just a few blocks from so many great attractions in Santa Barbara while still neslted in a beautiful neighborhood, giving you a home like feel. The rooms are brand new with all the features you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the bedding and enjoyed the brand new fixtures in the bathroom. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Great minimalist apartment near downtown. Walking distance to all kinds of fun places. Spotless and well stocked. Easy check in and free parking. Only cons are thin walls (look for earplugs in bathroom drawer) and squishy mattress.

Excellent value for the money. Walking distance to downtown State Street - short driving distance to waterfront. Quiet and seems soundproof - great as a pet friendly stay. Staff kept in touch when needed. Checkin and checkout super easy. Even my husband who’s hard to please said it was one of the best if not best vacation stay! Will come back again next time!

Overall great location and site.

Visited SB early 10/2023, off season. The back parking lot had easy parking which was nice, and location overall quiet. Good amenities, small kitchen with microwave and small fridge. Overall great location, but the walls a very thin and you can hear people waking. I lived upstairs, and I can't imagine it being very quiet for people downstairs. But overall would recommend.

We checked in quickly with our door code, and checkout was just as easy. The Zip stay staff sent reminder texts at checkin and checkout, as well as their phone number if needed. We enjoyed the clean shower after walking back from the concert, and had a good nights sleep in the quiet neighborhood. We left early the next morning and just had to send a text to let zip stay staff we had vacated the room.

Casa Jardine review

Very Clean, and tidy which was very important to me. The room was minimalistic, which is fine with me. It was a small room, but that didn’t bother me. either. My biggest complaint was that the mattress was not very comfortable, and the pillows were not either and no coffee in the room. It was nice having a little kitchenette. The price was comparable to other places in the area. It wasn’t the best but by far not the worst.

Value Stay

Love this great find! One of the most affordable spots in SB. If you are ok with this new concept hotel this is a great way to save money. No lobby or people on property. No cleaning g service, but you get the perfect, clean weekend room. It’s great for anyone wanting to have a place to sleep, shower and enjoy a great cup of coffee. They have thought of everything that you could possibly need. Except down pillows. Their pillows weren’t great and they did have anything else to offer. So if you are driving to the area, bring your own. Other than the pillows, it was a great stay! We will be back again!!!
