The 70 m² house has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and another with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. The living and dining area shares an open space with a functional kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, juicer, blender and toaster.
Wood, stone and whitewashed walls give the house plenty of character, but much of the charm of staying here can be found outdoors. The finca is surrounded by nature, with fruit trees and spacious communal gardens in which to enjoy its peaceful rural atmosphere.
Guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, gardens and a barbecue area, all shared with the finca's other accommodation. Parking is available, as is a communal laundry area with a washing machine.
The property offers 100 Mbps fibre Wi-Fi, a fan, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cot, high chair, fire extinguisher and first-aid kit.
Its location combines a peaceful rural setting with the opportunity to discover Santa Cruz, San Andrés and Las Teresitas beach. The Anaga Massif, designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 2015, provides a setting of remarkable natural, scenic and cultural importance.
Pets are accepted with prior notice. The swimming pool, barbecue, gardens and washing machine are communal.
