From the beginning dealing with Taos Apartments was not a good experience! 1. The rate was different from the one offered on the Expedia site. They wanted to charge us almost double rate, they didnt want to accept the Expedia rate. The staff did not even know that their hotel was on Expedia. They kept saying to us that there was no reservation on our name, that we were not in their system. They kept saying that they do not work with Expedia. We had to show them our reservation and Expedia confirmation number. They would not believe us. This was very upsetting! 2. Then we looked at the "apartment"and it was not the room we reserved. We had booked an apartment with 2 double beds and a small kitchen. At least an apartment big enough for a couple. In the picture the apartment looked spacious, a bedroom with two double beds with a kitchen. When we got there the only apartment available was a small room with one bed, instead of two beds, and a tiny, a very small kitchen, big enough for one person. The room was so small, that we felt so claustrophobic, so we left immediately. This apartment was not what we have booked. We canceled the reservation and we left immediately! Thank God they agreed and acknowledged our situation. They apologized! They canceled our reservation and let us go. We didnt stay not even 15 minutes. It is very challenging to arrive at your hotel, thinking that you have a reservation and getting there to find out that your room is not what you reserved!

Razonable por el costo
hotel nuevo 2 años apenas, no ofrecen almuerzo solo funciona el restaurante en la noche, eso es una pena pues no hay donde comer muy cerca.

Hotel novo, muito limpo, acomodações ótimas e muito bem localizado. Apartamento com cozinha e 2 quartos, muito amplo e bem equipado. Voltaremos com certeza.

Muy buena experiencia.
Todo excelente, buen desayuno, lo único que algunos dias no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. Personal estupendo. Zona muy centrica y a la vez tranquila.

O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ter mais opções. A porta do quarto com cartão eletrônico, não travava quando saia. O Táxi que tomei que era cadastrado do hotel disse que seria cobrado 90 BOL e depois me cobraram BOL 200. Fora isso, hotel limpo, tranquilo e moderno.

Prima met een paar verbeterpunten
Prima hotel met een goede locatie. De kamer was erg ruim, goede bedden en een nette badkamer. Alles zag er erg schoon uit. Het ontbijt is vrij beperkt maar goed genoeg om te maag te vullen. Grootste kritiekpunt was een feest op het dakterras van het hotel. De muziek en herrie ging tot 1:30 uur door. Dit moet je niet als hotel doen. Het is een hotel waar mensen willen slapen in de nacht en niet wakker willen leggen. Naar mijn mening onbegrijpelijk om zo’n keuze te maken.
