Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is required. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended year-round due to rural roads and seasonal conditions. The property is best accessed via scenic mountain and desert roads.

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM. • Check-out time: 10:00 AM. • No air conditioning is available (fans provided; rarely needed due to high elevation climate). • Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). • Not accessible-friendly: includes uneven rocky surfaces, multiple steps, and a cliff-side patio with an 8’ drop and no guard rail. • May not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility limitations.
