„The property is two separate locations. It says its a two bedroom apartment and there is just a one bedroom studio. Its not clear which you are getting. The bed in the one bedroom which we got stuck with is really uncomfortable and there is no space to do anything in that room. I felt pretty frustrated as i thought the space was going to be bigger because of the pictures shown in the ad. “

„This is a lovely central place to stay . The apartment has everything you need is very comfortable and is very secure . It’s only a few minutes walk into the town of Como so very convenient. The downstairs sofa bed was as good as any double bed and the lounge was big enough to sleep . Ideal for 2 couples or a family would recommend “

„Dans un quartier excentre et populaire. Pas de moyen de restauration aux alentours proche. En revanche à 5 min de la station de métro qui conduit directement à l’hypercentre. Top! Appartement propre et grand. Personnel très accueillant ! “

„Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. “

„We booked this place during the design week for 2 nights (April 2023). At arrival the room however already was occupied by another guest. The owner sold it to two different parties for the same night. Even calling right at checkin there was no support from the owner at all to find an other location for the night nor any willingness to refund the first night. The room was cleaned (fresh towels), however the quality of the building was not satisfied at all. Felt like stay on a construction side. ...

„Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Besonders der riesige Balkon hat uns gefallen. Uns war bewusst, dass es etwas außerhalb von Milano Centrale ist, aber es hatte seinen Charme und man sah auch andere Dinge als Sightseeing für Touristen. Auch die Umgebung war sicher und Einkaufen ist kein Problem oder abends nett Essen bei Costa. Bushaltestelle ist 700m entfernt und kein Problem.“

Location We could reach almost everywhere so easy by car. (Supermarket: 2 min. to Granmercato & 5 min. to Bennet City Center: 15~18 min. Outlet: 20 min. to FoxTown) This luxury villa is located on the middle of the hill, so the view was amazing(luckily we could enjoy the fireworks from the lake in the garden). 2.
