Family 2025 Beach Vacay

This was a great property and everything was as advertised. The private pool was a very nice outdoor space and just the right size for our family of 10. The walk to the beach is only around 3 minutes and the Dune Allen Regional beach access had parking and restrooms. The house is large and we had plenty of room. The small TV room upstairs had a sofa bed. It was not comfortable and needs a new mattress so one of the kids had to bunk with another. Otherwise, we had no issues. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Family summer getaway with grandparents

Great property as advertised with super location for enjoying Beautiful Dune Allen Beach access along with easy access to many other attractions. The pool was used regularly as well and just the right size. We also enjoyed daily rides on the 4 bicycles provided exploring and finding an Interesting local shop for coffee or a smoothie. The bike paths make this safe and easy. The bedroom / bathroom configuration worked very well for my family with three grown sons along with my parents. There was also plenty of room to spread out and have comfortable space on the main floor while still being together in the same room, but not ever feeling on top of each other. The property was very comfortable, well furnished and spacious. The large dining room table was perfect for gameplay, and the kitchen is well provisioned. Appliances in the unit were top-notch with comfortable beds and responsive hosts. We would not hesitate to stay here again as the location checked all the boxes for our group.

Great vacation!

This home and vacation was absolutely perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool is amazing and the space outside is wonderful and large. The location couldn’t be better half a block away from the beach, with stinky at the corner, which is a restaurant breakfast spot And bar. So convenient! We definitely plan on returning thank you for everything.

Layout was perfect us and our extended family. Loved that there was only a few steps up to get to the main floor and that there was a room on the main floor for grandma. Short walk to the beach was great, too!

The perfect home for our girls weekend

Blue Grouper was the perfect place to spend a girls weekend! The house was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The patio/pool area was perfect to enjoy after the beach. The home provided a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, pool floats, a beach wagon, a cooler, and beach chairs. The house was conveniently located near all of the 30A towns and just a 5 minute drive to gas/grocery stores. We enjoyed the beach, Yoga Studio ThirtyA, and Light Me Up Beach Bonfires. We enjoyed staying in this home and we will definitely be back again in the future!

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation at Blue Grouper! The property is incredible! Super clean and comfortable. The patio and pool area is perfect for children with plenty of shaded areas. We were so close to the beach, but chose to stay at the pool most days because the kids enjoyed it so much. We plan on coming back next summer! Thank you again!

Blue Grouper Vacation

My family and I recently stayed at Blue Grouper in Dune Allen Beach. We have been vacationing at the 30A area for twenty years and this property is the best overall location we have ever visited. The home is well appointed and very comfortable. Bedrooms are great and each has its own bathroom. Master bathroom is incredible. Kitchen, dining area, and family area are very functional and have plenty of room. Logistically, Blue Grouper is a short walk to the newer Dune Allen Beach access point and is convenient to 30A and Highway 98. The swimming pool is fantastic and has a bathroom in the pool area which is very convenient. The owner, Erin has thought of everything and is very easy to work with. A great place to stay at 30A! Highly recommend.

Perfect family weekend!

We had an amazing time. The house is beautifully decorated, well-stocked and perfectly situated near the beach (short walk). This is our 4th year coming to the 30A area with our family friends and their kids and this was hands-down the best house yet! We can’t wait to come back. Excellent communication with property management as well.

Perfect getaway

We were very happy with our stay at this property. The house was exactly as it was described. We were pleasantly surprised at how big the pool and the pool area was. The home was very clean and the check in and check out process was simple. The location of the Home was perfect. We loved being able to walk to the beach but yet thoroughly enjoyed having our own private pool. The area was quiet and not full of all the hustle and bustle of the actual downtown Destin area. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very attentive to any question we had before and during our stay. We will absolutely stay here again should we make our way down to the Santa Rosa Beach area.

Spring Break Paradise

Our family had such a great time at Blue Grouper. The house was perfect for our stay. The main floor living space was very inviting, kitchen was perfect for cooking/serving. Every bedroom had plenty of space for a comfortable night's space. The outdoors exceeded our expectations - we spent 6-8 hours daily in and around the pool and enjoyed the brand new gas grill for two dinners. Erin was great to work with before and during the trip. All information was provided in a timely fashion and she even purchased a wagon in advance of our arrival knowing all the beach stuff required of a family of four. Highly recommended for families needing a getaway!
