THE HOME

Stay Anchored 30A gives families and groups a comfortable home base while enjoying everything the Emerald Coast has to offer.

The open-concept main level provides plenty of space to spend time together, whether you’re relaxing after a day at the beach, watching a movie, preparing dinner, or planning your next 30A adventure.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes and the essentials needed to prepare meals at home. The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas, keeping everyone connected.

A washer and dryer are also available inside the home, making longer stays and beach days much easier.

With three separate sleeping areas, Stay Anchored works especially well for families, multiple couples, or groups traveling together.

6-Passenger LSV Included: No rental charge. Drivers must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license and meet the provider’s personal auto-insurance requirements. A third-party rental agreement/waiver and $30 non-refundable service fee are required before use.

Leave the car parked, load up the family, and enjoy cruising around the area for dining, shopping, beach trips and exploring the communities along Scenic Highway 30A.

The LSV is subject to a signed rental agreement, qualified driver requirements, and all applicable Florida and Walton County laws. It may only be operated on roads and in areas where LSVs are legally permitted.

Packing for the beach shouldn’t mean filling your vehicle with bulky chairs, towels and coolers.

We provide a beach setup for your stay that includes:

Pack the cooler, grab the chairs and umbrella, load everything into the LSV and you’re ready for a day along the Gulf.

Please return all beach equipment to the home after each use so it is ready for your next beach day.

PROMINENCE COMMUNITY

Stay Anchored is located in Prominence, one of the popular communities along Scenic Highway 30A.

Guests have access to community amenities including:

The pool is a great alternative when you want a break from the sand or simply want an easy day close to home.

Pool heating is seasonal and is controlled by the HOA. Heating dates, pool temperatures, operating hours and availability are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.

THE BIG CHILL

One of the highlights of staying in Prominence is being close to The Big Chill, a popular gathering spot for families and groups visiting 30A.

You’ll find a variety of dining options, shopping, entertainment and a large outdoor gathering area. It’s an easy place for everyone to find something they like without having to plan a formal night out.

Grab dinner, catch some entertainment, or simply enjoy an evening outside before heading back to Stay Anchored.

BEACHES & LOCATION

Stay Anchored gives you a convenient home base for exploring Scenic Highway 30A and the beautiful beaches of South Walton.

You’ll be near Deer Lake State Park, Gulf beaches, restaurants, shopping and the unique beach communities that make 30A such a popular destination.

Spend the morning on the beach, cool off at the Prominence pool in the afternoon, then take the LSV out for dinner or an evening cruise.

With the included LSV and beach gear, it’s easy to experience a little bit of everything during your stay.

PARKING

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

Street parking is not permitted, and HOA parking regulations are strictly enforced. Please plan accordingly if your group will be arriving in multiple vehicles.

• No street parking.
• No parties or events.
• Please respect community quiet hours and neighboring homes.
• The primary renter must meet the minimum age requirement and remain at the property during the reservation.
• A signed rental agreement may be required prior to check-in.
• LSV use requires completion of the applicable agreement and qualified driver requirements.
• Guests are responsible for following Florida and Walton County LSV laws and operating the vehicle only where legally permitted.
• Pool heating is seasonal and managed by the HOA. Heating schedules and temperatures are not guaranteed.
• Community amenities, hours and availability are controlled by the HOA and may be subject to change.
