Overall good experience
This was our first time staying on 30A and overall we were very pleased with the experience. The house is nice. We had a couple of disappointments right off the bat. First, the downstairs master has a QUEEN not a king as advertised in the photo, which made for a less comfortable stay overall. Also, the pillows throughout the house were terribly flat and uncomfortable. Last, we had a scary experience with the bunk bed. When going to bed the first night, my 8 and 5 year old kiddos got into the bed and we noticed it was very wobbly. Turns out several of the rails connecting top to bottom were split and screws were falling out. It could have collapsed on my daughter. They came the next day to remove the broken bunk and as a result my husband and I slept on the floor for the entire stay.
Other than that, we enjoyed our time. The neighborhood is adorable and the resort-like pool area is a huge treat. Easy golf cart ride to multiple beaches. We would stay in the neighborhood again, and would in this house again if the beds were kings and more comfortable.
