Great Place!!!

We so enjoyed our stay here!! We had the best week for our girls trip to the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach, and a convenience store close by for quick pick ups. This was a newly renovated space, and it was so cute and clean. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location

This was our first time to come to the Seagrove/Santa Rosa Beach area. We will definitely be back. This condo was conveniently located across from the beach, near a gas station where we could purchase ice daily, and walking distance to restaurants. The kids enjoyed the nearby bike rental shop. They rode them all week. This condo had all the kitchen utensils and appliances you can imagine. It was spacious, clean, and decorated nicely. This area seemed safe; we had no problems. Cute squirrels who came for a treat during the mornings. If I had to say one area that needed work, it would be the pools. Both were extremely warm and cloudy. Complex might want to invest in a fountain system to connect to the jet in order to circulate water to cool the temperature down.

Great vacation

Our condo was so clean and furnished everything we needed. They even had a beach chair and umbrella! Had pickle ball paddles and balls. We had easy access to the beach! We would highly recommend it!

Love the breezes

Great place to stay. Beds comfortable and furnished nicely. A little sparse on kitchen furnishings but we were there for a wedding and did not cook so was adequate once they brought us bowls. Few issues- need written instructions for operating tv. Listing said cable but we had trouble getting any regular television(local news or weather) and could only use a Roku setting which was old programming. If cable is not available, should not advertise it in the listing. The sliding door to balcony was very old and almost impossible to open. No large handle so trying to get the leverage to push card with the little indented handle was very tough. We ended up leaving it open more than necessary which wasted the energy as air was on. A large handle would at least help get a grip to push it harder. Finally we were there for 5 nights and felt that supplies left were very scimpy. If I am there long term, I understand that paper products, dish waster soap, etc. is not supplied, but when I pay a rental fee for 5 days for 5 people, I expect enough supplies for that time period. Got 2 tabs for the dishwasher and minimal soap, toilet paper etc. Had to buy some which I have never had to do at a short term rental. Nice place, just needs a few adjustments to be great.

Successful family trip

We had a great family vacation. We were impressed with the comfort and look of the condo. I have stayed in so many vrbo’s and one of the things I will say about this condo is that all the beds were very comfortable. I would book this place again because I know I would sleep well and it was close enough to the beach and the amenities of watercolor it truly made for a very meaningful last minute vacation for us. I would recommend.

Spring break with family

Lovely area but the property was somewhat worn. Common areas sorely in need of paint and maintenance. The condo was nice but the patio area is also in desperate need of a cleaning and an upgrade in furniture. Could barely open the screen door. The inside was nice. Convenient location- close to the beach and some nice restaurants and shops. While we brought our own, the paper products, shampoo, garbage bags, etc. were the absolute lowest quality. Minor updates and upgrades to the condo would make a huge difference. The common areas, pools, etc. have been neglected.

Toes in the sand

This rental was great for our family. Our boys were able to swim in the pool while my husband and I sat on the balcony watching them. The walk to the beach was just across the street. There is a Publix that is not too far away and a Tom Thumb gas station that has pretty much anything you would need as well. I am a runner and I was able to enjoy a great run straight down 30A passed all the adorable little shops and continue to a nice boardwalk with a beautiful view. Shopping was fun as well at those cute little shops. Highly recommend if you are looking for a family friendly beach vacation rental.

Good stay

We had a good stay. We had a few bumps with a leaking vent and the master lacking much ac. It was a little of a struggle to get someone on the phone about the leaking vent and we were very nervous something was going to happen to the ceiling due to the leaking filling up a pot within an hour. The condo was in a great location. Not a very long walk to the beach. Wish the bedrooms had curtains because the sun made the rooms blinding bright very early.

Everything was perfect. We thought we had a problem with the refrigerator but it was okay. The management company was quick to respond with someone. We were hoping the pool was bigger, but can’t do much about that.

Beach apartment

This property is weird. The interior has been remodeled and is nice, everything else is not. Expect loud neighbors stomping around above and below, don’t expect to have coffee filters, tupperware, salt/pepper, aluminum foil, any laundry detergent or enough 1 ply toilet paper for your visit. The internet is spotty. It is an easy walk to the beach but I wouldn’t recommend this place and it feels like a rip off.

Spring break

Had a great stay . Very clean . One toilet didn’t work for a day which was a bit of an issue . Great location ! Would come back to this area for sure . Only other small complaint was bedding was not super comfortable and dishes didn’t fit in dishwasher well .
