« Great place to stay for a week. It might not be the Ritz hotel but if you have a large group you won't find better value on lodging anywhere. The rooms are built fairly critter repelling, but the first night a little green frog got in. I don't mind frogs though, it's Costa Rica after all! Pura Vida! »

« Amazing place and extremely good value. As others have mentioned, Fred and the front team at Hotel Mar/Don Taco where you check in are really nice and helpful, they take you around to the secluded house that is owned by the brother of the hotel owner. You can park on site for free and it’s safe. 400m down to town where nice restaurants are available. Close by shops also for everything you need. « We stayed at the Canopy Wonders House in Monteverde, Costa Rica, and absolutely loved our experience.
