„The suite was centrally located, close to markets, restaurants, and shops. It was generally clean, and the air conditioning in both rooms was quite adequate. The suite staff frequently asked if we needed anything and took care of it. I did have some difficulties because I didn't check in online for the check-in, but Sophia was very helpful, and I was very pleased. „Zimmer sehr groß, sauber, gut eingerichtet, renoviert, schade, dass es keinen Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab. Umgebung ist sehr schmutzig und sehr multikulturell, wofür das Hotel nichts kann, zu Fuß überall erreichbar, wenig bis kaum gastronomisches Angebot, man muss schon viel laufen. Aber keine Komplikationen gehabt, direkt Code erhalten und reingekommen ins Zimmer.“

"Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, ist aber über verschiedene Buslinien unkompliziert erreichbar. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und wahnsinnig freundlich - top! Auch das Frühstücksangebot war für ein italienisches Hotel bemerkenswert. Große Vielfalt an herzhaften und süßen Speisen, Obst, Joghurts etc. und natürlich wunderbare Kaffeespezialitäten. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und geräumig. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!"
