Nice and new hotel but the hotel is over crowded and under staffed. There was always long line to wait to speak with the front desk any time during the day. One day we were out of toilet paper and were asked to go to front desk to retrieve as they were short staffed to bring it to the room. While the onsen facility is nice, there were always a lot of people and some being loud and rowdy and not respecting the general onsen guidelines which makes the onsen experience less enjoyable.
There are only three wash machines and they were always occupied, day and night. Having the self laundry service was one of the key reasons we chose this hotel but we couldn’t use it for the three days we were there.
If you got breakfast as part of your room, be prepared to wait in line, sometimes long line to get breakfast.
The room is comfortable but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.
