This pet-friendly 3BR/2BA home offers a comfortable, centrally located base for beach days, biking, exploring and extended stays.
SARASOTA BASECAMP HOUSE RULES

By confirming your reservation at Sarasota Basecamp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following house rules. Violations may result in additional charges, fines, or termination of your stay without refund.

1. REGISTERED GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property. The maximum occupancy stated on the reservation must not be exceeded without prior written approval.

The booking guest is responsible for the conduct of everyone in their party and any approved visitors.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

Parties, events, large gatherings, and disruptive activities are strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing before arrival.

Please respect our home and our residential neighbors.

3. QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

During these hours, please keep outdoor conversations, music, TVs, and other noise at a respectful level. Excessive or disruptive noise at any time is prohibited.

4. PET POLICY

Pets must be disclosed and approved as part of the reservation, and applicable pet fees must be paid before arrival.

Pets should not be left unattended unless safely crated. Guests are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.

Please note: The yard is not fully fenced. Pets should be supervised and appropriately leashed while outdoors.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

5. NO SMOKING OR VAPING

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home.

Please smoke only in appropriate outdoor areas and dispose of all smoking materials safely. Additional cleaning or remediation charges may apply if smoking occurs inside the property.

6. BIKES

Complimentary bicycles are provided for guest enjoyment. Guests use the bicycles at their own risk and are responsible for following all applicable traffic and bicycle laws.

Please secure the bikes when not in use and return them to their designated location. Guests may be responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse or failure to properly secure them.

7. PELOTON

The Peloton is available for adult guest use. Guests use the equipment at their own risk and should only use it if they are physically able to do so safely.

A personal Peloton account or membership may be required to access subscription-based content.

8. FIRE TABLE & BBQ

Please use the fire table and BBQ responsibly and never leave either unattended while in use.

Keep children and pets a safe distance away, and make sure all flames and burners are completely turned off after use.

9. CHILDREN

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult, particularly while using outdoor areas, bicycles, fitness equipment, the fire table, or BBQ.

10. PARKING

Please park only in designated areas associated with the property. Do not park on neighboring properties, lawns, sidewalks, or anywhere that blocks another residence or roadway.

11. RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Sarasota Basecamp is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of our neighbors and avoid excessive noise, inappropriate parking, trespassing, or other disruptive behavior.

12. OWNER/MANAGEMENT AREA

One locked closet is reserved exclusively for owner and management supplies. Guests may not attempt to access locked owner or management areas.

13. DAMAGES & EXCESSIVE CLEANING

Please treat the home, furnishings, amenities, bicycles, linens, and outdoor areas with care.

Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged or missing items beyond normal wear and tear, as well as excessive cleaning required due to the condition in which the property is left.

Please notify HomeIngo promptly if something is accidentally damaged during your stay. We understand that accidents happen, and early communication helps us resolve issues quickly.

14. FURNITURE & PROPERTY ITEMS

Please do not rearrange indoor or outdoor furniture or remove furnishings, linens, electronics, kitchenware, or other property items from the premises.

15. CHECKOUT

Please follow the checkout instructions provided before departure and leave the property in reasonably tidy condition.

Guests are expected to depart by the confirmed checkout time unless a late checkout has been approved in writing in advance.

16. COMMUNICATION & PROPERTY ACCESS

If a maintenance, safety, or property issue arises during your stay, please notify HomeIngo through the Airbnb messaging platform as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to assist.

In the event of an urgent maintenance, safety, or property-protection issue, authorized management personnel or service providers may need to access the property as reasonably necessary.

17. HOUSE RULE ENFORCEMENT

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional cleaning charges, damage claims, applicable fees or fines, and/or termination of the reservation when warranted.
