We loved our rental!

We loved our rental! We appreciated the layout because we had children with us and the “wings” of the house with sliding doors helped with noise reduction when the kids needed to go to bed. The proximity (walking distance) to the beach was incredible! We basically lived at the beach and the pool at our rental. An absolute dream!! Can't wait to come back!

Perfect Trip for Family

We had a wonderful stay at CView! We were even dampened by flooding due to Tropical Storm Debby and SeaBreeze provided us an extra night stay at no charge when we couldn’t get out. House is perfect for group beach vacation!

Perfect location!

C View was an excellent location for our girls weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was exactly as described. Wonderful outdoor space and to the beach was great. Speaking of the beach, it’s beautiful!

Absolutely Perfect!

Loved staying at C-View Florida. Plenty of room, well stocked, comfortable, nice pool and outside visiting area. Also this rental is within easy walking distance to beach and Bay Area and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Oh and the sea shells were beautiful on the beach and of course the clear blue ocean. Nice relaxing place to go.

We had a great time at the C View! The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. There were so many great beach items available to use. The outdoor living space was fantastic! I hope we get to go back next year!

Family weekend getaway

The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner etc the kitchen was very well stocked with pots pans, utensils, dishes etc The kitchen also came with a small packet of cleaning supplies.

Perfect family vacation

We had a large group staying at this beautiful home, and 3 babies, and it was perfect! Tons of space, beautiful pool with umbrella shaded sitting area, fully stocked kitchen, games and complimentary items. It was exactly what we needed and we would love to return one day! We visited from Belgium and it was so easy. Don't hesitate to book!! So happy with everything.

Well equipped beautiful house.

This house was perfect. It is well equipped for a lot of people. The pool is beautiful, and the backyard in general was awesome. Also, the location is great because you could walk to the beach which is three blocks away. The only suggestion I have, is to provide a big canopy to take to the beach, umbrellas don't do it for a big group of people.

Great House

A fantastic property (for a long girls weekend) on the northern end of the island close to the beach. Large family-friendly home, pool and dock. Fully stocked kitchen/Weber grill. Very open and inviting. Loads of beach and pool equipment. Could accommodate two families. We were 5 high school classmates. Will definitely return.

Did not know what to expect from this new rental property. We were relocated to it when the house we rented on Longboat Key had a flood and needed extensive repair. However, Sea Dreams was beautiful, spacious and had a great pool. Kitchen was well stocked (could use liquid measures) and very functional. The only negative I found was that the master bathroom is very small especially for 2 people. But overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

C-View Great Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was beautiful and roomy with open floor plan. Everything we needed in kitchen was provided as well as a nice welcome basket and instructions and notes from Erin(local contact) regarding any issues that are known. Pool is bigger than expected and shown in photos. Great view from canal dock(although you will need bug spray). Easy access to Gulf side beaches. Rental process and check-in were very easy and there is a local contact if anything is needed, although we didnt need to call. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you both Ann and Erin for letting us use this great vacation house.

This 5 bedroom/3bath house was spacious for our family and in a great location for walking distance to the beach and local shopping and restaurants. Check in/out was easy and management company was helpful and responsive for us before and during our stay. Very clean property! Floors were clean of sand when we arrived. Linens were clean and extras were located in the closet if needed. Well stocked kitchen as far as cookware, but you will need to bring any food items you need to prepare a meal including salt & pepper. A wagon, several nice chairs and a large umbrella was available to use. There were also some floats and beach toys. It was a short walk to to beach was easy, but the wagon was tough to lug through the soft sand. Overall a great stay! Thank you!

Beautiful spacious home. The Check-in was simple with no issues. Kitchen was well equipped with dinnerware and cooking utensils. The pool was larger than expected and seating in the backyard area was comfortable. It was the perfect space for us, 6 adults and 3 little ones. Each family had their own suite and privacy.

What a Gem!

We had an amazing time and the house was perfect. Great open space! The layout was great too since we were traveling with multiple families and it gave everyone their own space. The backyard and pool were perfect. We saw manatees from the dock a few times! Having the beach wagon, chairs, etc. was a huge plus! Just a short walk to the beach. It was our first time in Anna Maria Island and we will be back, and likely to this house!

Perfect for multiple families and amazing backyard!

We absolutely loved our stay at C-View. The house was perfect for 2 families and had a great layout. The backyard was so much bigger than expected and had so many options for seating/gathering. We spent many evenings sitting on the couch outside, and afternoons hanging out at the dock. The pool was a hit with everyone and was bigger than many you find. The house was open and had a nice layout with pocket doors to help separate the rooms from the main living space. The kitchen had plenty of tools, etc so we felt that we were well stocked to cook what we needed. The only downside to the kitchen was the dishwasher, which was just not cleaning as well as it should. We didn't let it bother us though. I think it just needs a tune-up. But that was really our only complaint. The amount of pool and beach toys and chairs and the wagon were an absolute godsend! It's like a 6 minute walk to the Cypress beach access point, which was easy for us with younger kids (4-8) and all our gear. The beach was perfect - not too crowded in that area either. Bean point is like a 10-15 minute walk, North shore cafe is like 10 minutes walk. All to say it's a GREAT location. It truly is a little gem. Thank you for sharing it with us.
