A third bedroom enjoys mountain views with a full bed.

A fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor with easy access from the car, features a queen bed and a full bathroom—ideal for guests with mobility challenges.

The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly in an open-concept layout. The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in a pleasure, while balconies on each floor allow you to enjoy cool mountain breezes and panoramic views. Thanks to its elevated location, the villa is typically about five degrees cooler than sea level, offering refreshing comfort on warm days.

Guest Access

Guests can enjoy a shared infinity pool just steps from the townhouse, along with a gym equipped with weights and a boxing bag for cardio workouts. Entry to the gated community is controlled by remote, provided upon check-in. The property also benefits from 24-hour on-site security and maintenance.

Parking

Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles. One vehicle must be parked in the garage beside the townhouse, which accommodates one vehicle. A second vehicle may be parked in the designated lower parking area by the guardhouse.

Due to the limited parking area, additional or illegally parked vehicles may be subject to towing. Guests are asked to strictly follow the 2-vehicle maximum.

Temporary parking in front of the unit is permitted only for loading and unloading.

A sturdy vehicle is recommended due to the hillside location. Please note that parking is limited to 2 vehicles maximum per rental.
