This condo is in a nice community and an excellent location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The condo is spacious with all the amenities you need. The company managing the property are prompt with communications and considerate with needs. Most of the residents in the condo community are quiet retirees, but we did have a family next to us whose kids enjoyed some noisy play outdoors early in the morning- but I suspect that’s just the chance you take for whose next door. There are 2 pools, so easy to find the quieter one, the fitness centre is a little outdated but had the basics. We had a couple minor hiccups with outdoor condo painting happening during the last half of our stay- they were a bit noisy at 7am when they started- and we had no water on our last morning due to a water main break- but that was outside of anyone’s control. We had some delightful neighbours renting on one side that recommended a fantastic catamaran cruise that we took while there. Overall, I would still return and recommend this as a great place to stay while visiting Playa del Coco and enjoying all that Costa Rica has to offer.
