« The accommodation is a guest house, not a hotel, and I booked for a business trip and my first night was a Sunday. As per the instructions on the website I contacted the hotel prior to my visit as I would be arriving after the official check-in time. I didn’t receive any response and arrived on the Sunday evening to find the main building closed with nobody at home. « Perfect location in Sassnitz with seaview from the Room. Nice staff and clean room. We left before the breakfast but the staff gave us takeawaybags. Very nice. Little bit expensive parking in a parkhouse a few minutes away (15eur/24h). The beds was a little bit to hard and only one loose pillow. A couple of restaurants nearby. »

« Overbooked and sent me to a terrible place. They still had higher priced rooms on Expedia, and instead of upgrading us, they sent us to a dirty motel. Expedia had to find another solution once I called. »

« Interesting place in a wonderful position overlooking a bay and a small port. The building and the terrace ovelooking the sea are really great. The service is good in all areas except perhaps the Spa where a little more professionalism and a smile would have been welcome. The rooms are great but there are 2 negatives on sound proofing (Not that good) and the size of the shower which was insufficient, and I am not a big guy. »
