The Space:

The open living area is stylishly decorated and centers around sweeping ocean views, with comfortable seating for the whole group. Step through to the private balcony to catch the breeze with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while the Atlantic stretches out in front of you. A dedicated workspace is also on hand if you need to check in on work during your stay.

Kitchen & dining

The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook for the whole group, with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker, plus cooking basics, dishes, and silverware already stocked. Wine glasses and a toaster round out the setup for easy entertaining.

Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, ideal for kids or extra guests. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are provided throughout, with a second full bathroom available for guests.

Beach days & location

With direct beach access and beach essentials including towels, umbrellas, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear provided, your days by the water are easy to plan. The location on A1A keeps you close to I-95, and you're about 20 miles from Port Canaveral. Free parking is available on premises, with free street parking nearby, and the building's elevator and private entrance make coming and going simple.

Good to know

Central air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable year-round, and wifi keeps you connected throughout your stay. Self check-in via lockbox makes arrival simple, and longer stays of 28 nights or more are welcome. Coin-operated laundry is available on-site in the building.



Guest Access:

We provide a physical key for entry into the main lobby. Keyless entry with digital door locks is provided for entry into the unit.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
