The Space:

Grandma's Room is a warm 233-square-foot boutique hotel room designed for two guests. It features a queen bed with premium linens, a private en-suite bathroom, mini fridge, fast Wi-Fi, blackout window treatments, a sound machine and convenient app-based keyless entry. Guests also have elevator access and use of the second-floor pantry stocked with coffee, water, cold drinks and snacks. Sunday Sunday downstairs serves brunch through dinner and Keystone guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary signature cocktail between 5:00 and 6:00 PM during their stay.



Guest Access:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Your phone serves as your key through the YourKey app which provides access to both the hotel entrance and your room. The Keystone Hotel entrance is at 28 W State Street around the corner from the Sunday Sunday entrance on Whitaker Street. An elevator serves both guest floors. The second-floor pantry offers coffee, water, cold drinks and snacks.



The Neighborhood:

Keystone Hotel places you in the heart of Downtown Savannah's Historic District steps from Wright Square and Broughton Street. Walk to historic squares, restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, galleries and architecture. City Market and Ellis Square are about 5 minutes away on foot. River Street and the Savannah riverfront are about 8 minutes away. Forsyth Park is a scenic 15–20 minute walk through the Historic District.



Getting Around:

Downtown Savannah and the Historic District are highly walkable. The free DOT shuttle is another convenient way to explore downtown. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car and Tybee Island Beach is approximately a 30-minute drive.

Keystone is an intimate 11-room boutique hotel. Every guest room has a private en-suite bathroom. Sunday Sunday directly downstairs serves brunch through dinner. Your stay includes a complimentary signature cocktail between 5:00 and 6:00 PM and access to the second-floor guest pantry.



Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Arrival is through the YourKey app. Quiet hours inside the hotel are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Because Keystone is centrally located in lively Downtown Savannah some city sound should be expected. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building and only registered guests may stay overnight.



PARKING: Keystone does not have a private parking lot. A temporary loading area in front of the hotel may be used for unloading when available. Metered street parking and public parking garages are located nearby. The Whitaker Street Garage at 7 Whitaker Street is open 24/7 and is a short walk away.
