Lovely home. Kelly is amazing. Savannah was under a boil water advisory and she called me directly to make sure we knew. For allergy sufferers, this is an older home, and my mom and I found that Claritin was necessary and it did the trick.

Savannah stay

Good area to walk to River Street. There is a little street noise with traffic, but you are downtown and should expect it. Very good overall place to stay.

a delight!

Great location for a girls trip. The parking spot was great, and there was plentiful and cheap parking nearby for our other cars. We personally loved the large table and couch for our group of 6 and enjoyed playing the piano as well!

Great spot, good location

The house is beautifully decorated with modern touches on a 170 year old house. All the modern conveniences are on site, and there's plenty of room to move around without stepping on each other. The upstairs bedrooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of space as well. The downstairs bedroom is a little smaller, but does offer an adjoining bathroom rather than the hall bath upstairs. My only "complaints" are listed here just for the benefit of others: The downstairs bedroom has the a/c unit directly outside the window, and it can be quite noisy on start up and shut down. Probably don't want a light sleeper in there. The noise from the road in front of the house was at times a bit loud, but overall not extremely noticeable. While it was great having a parking spot that didn't require feeding the pockets of the city, the parking area is a bit tight getting in and out, and a little smaller than expected. I was able to get my F150 in and out without much issue, but it left little room in front or behind or beside it (on the house side their are some plants right next to the parking area) to get around, especially with large suitcases. The gates are a little tricky when leaving, but manageable. Overall, the place was pretty great, and conveniently located to get us everywhere we needed to go.

Short stay to check out the area

We wanted to check out the area for a couple days before moving to our next stop. Place was close and very clean just not what we expected. We did enjoy our stay.

Great space

This place was good for multiple couples. Enough space for everyone. The location was fine, a bit of a walk to some areas of the city, but a quick and cheap Uber ride if preferred. Not a concern if you plan on walking and exploring anyway.

Great property, great location!!!

This is a beautiful property in a great location. It is well mantained with a nicly appointed kitchen, comfy beds, and off street parking. You can walk to testaurants, shops and the beautiful hreen spaces of Savannah. We will definitely be back!

Great Break in Savannah

Our family had a great stay at Andrew’s townhome! The house was as described- the rooms upstairs were spacious, everything we needed was in the home. The walk to the historic area was not too far- there are also restaurants or too far away from the house. We hope to return to Savannah and stay here again!

Convenient

Good location within walking distance to where I needed to go. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable, nobody slept well during their stay. The house is on a main road which was very noisy at night, sound machines (or earplugs) would be a helpful addition.

Nice stay!

Had my family stay here for my wedding weekend and they enjoyed their stay. There was an issue with the A/C, but it was promptly handled and I appreciated the communication. Hurricane Helene had rolled through the week prior, so assuming it was due to that. Thanks for the hospitality!

Perfect location for a stay in Savannah

We loved our stay! It is very spacious. It has lots of items available that I did not expect (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, filters, etc…) There were 6 of us & the hot water was hot for all of to shower in a row! That is a huge plus. Everything was clean & organized. Having a parking spot was AMAZING as parking is terrible in Savannah! It was a tight turn to get into the parking spot but after parking a few times it was no big deal. Perfect location! Friendly & helpful hosts! Would stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Girlfriend trip for 75th birthday celebrations

A group of 6 long time friends that are all turning 75 this year chose to celebrate in Savannah. This house was close to everything on our list and spacious enough for us to congregate when we wanted to stay in. The beds were comfortable-the downstairs bedroom is a bit small and needs a bedside table on both sides of the bed for sharing. Moving the toilet paper cabinet from the bath for this purpose and also the piano bench for additional suitcase room worked well. Most things were within a mile or two and we Ubered multiple times a day-the week total per person including the transfer from the airport was $60 each. The kitchen is small but well equipped. We fixed coffee and breakfast and reheated leftovers.The full sized refrigerator was useful for everyone's choice of drinks fruit and snacks-be sure to bring ziplocs, foil or wrap if you plan to cook anything requiring refrigeration. Hop On Off was a great start to get bearings. The Mercer Mansion tour was a must-we watched the movie after the tour and enjoyed seeing the rooms-the gift shop there was better than the tourist souvenirs in the shops near River Street. Lunch at Mrs. Wilkes was wonderful Southern food-getting there at 10 for an 11 seating was okay during the week. Our special meal was at the Pink House and did not disappoint-the flounder was incredible. River House was great and the HH at Sorry Charlies was the best. Ice cream at Leopolds is also a must. Highly recommend a stay here.
