Property was exactly as described! Perfect location— so close to everything we needed. My top two priorities when stay with my family is feeling safe and cleanliness — this property is a 10/10 for both of those! Convenient parking and everything! When we come back to Savannah, we will look to stay again!

This property exceeded expectations! Pics do not do it justice! Absolutely gorgeous, comfy beds, great location. You do have to climb stairs to get in & out so be aware. The only minor thing that could possibly make it better would be detachable shower head/sprayer - single stall shower shorter person like me makes it mildly challenging, but not a deal breaker by any means. Would absolutely stay again!

The property was very cute, clean, and in a great location! We stayed for 3 nights and it was quiet the whole time. Convenient parking on the street was easy and always available (we did not even try to park in the alternate parking in the back). The host was very responsive to our messages and it seems like they thought of everything (like a welcome packet with great suggestions for food and activities, but also a first aid kit and shower supplies). Highly recommend this beautiful location!

This was a sister's trip to Savannah and the property gave us the perfect landing spot. We could easily walk to good restaurants. Walking to downtown and River Street was a little longer, but an easy and pretty trek.The property was clean, comfortable and inviting. Communications with Chase were easy and timely. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend in Savannah for SCAD family weekend and having this cozy, well decorated beautiful place to stay was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious with high ceilings throughout making this a perfect size for the 4 of us. The kitchen was stocked full with everything we needed. We had no trouble parking right on site. We were able to walk to Forsyth park and close restaurants. We will be sure to check availability the next time we are in town!

This property is exactly what is advertised. Very clean, updated and has most everything you need. The positives: quiet, great deck, spacious, clean, and great coffee bar. Other (not negatives); Bed is not a standard bed with box springs so it's a little different to sleep on. Also, you cannot lower the A/C below 70 degrees. I understand this especially in the summer but take note if you are apt to get hot at night like I do. Additionally, pay careful attention to the parking signs (Fridays there is a street sweeper that comes through so park in the back). I would highly recommend and would stay at this property again.

Very clean. Great location within walking distance from Forsyth Park and many great restaurants. Quiet street. Cute little deck to sit and visit. Very well stocked. Prompt communication with host. Would definitely stay again in the future. Loved Tacos and Tequila around the corner.

This property was fantastic for our girls getaway trip! It was cute, clean, updated and comfortable. The property had everything that we needed and was in a great location. It's a comfortable walk to Forsyth Park, but a bit of a haul to the river. It's an easy drive or cheap uber ride though if you're not comfortable walking. I would definitely recommend this property and would be confident booking again with the hosts.

This is a really nice space. Its not huge, but feels big because of the layout. It is close to town, but just far enough out that there isn't much traffic. The neighborhood was quiet and we had very peaceful rest on the comfortable beds after long days of sight seeing. The deck is so relaxing to sit out on in the evenings and just relax. We loved the place.

This unit far exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful and the cleanest Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. Owners thought of everything—coffee bar was wonderful. Fold out chairs in two rooms would be great for extra guests. mattress in king room was amazing also! Lots of steep stairs coming in, but worth it at the top! Would 100% stay again

Great place to stay for two couples. We had booked a weekend trip for tattoos at Black Orchid Tattoo which was close by. This residence was clean and looked exactly like the listing. It was spacious enough and had all the right amenities for us. Parking was a huge plus- just be aware of when street cleaners are coming.

This is a great remodeled older home. We loved it. The inside of the property is done well. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. I would highly recommend this property for a nice weekend in Savannah .

Week in Savannah for two. Great property, ideally situated for sightseeing near historic downtown, Forsyth Park. Easily accessible via Uber to same. Walkable to great local restaurants (Tacos & Tequila, Cotton & Rye, Shuk, Fork & Dagger). Nice, quiet, safe location. Would recommend & stay again.

Everything was lovely, beautifully decorated and brand-new clean. Must be ok with stairs as it’s upper unit. Will want a car to get around, as quite far to walk to center of action. Great Mexican restaurant 1 block away. Nice outdoor space to get some fresh air.
