Nice visit to Savannah

Enjoyed our trip to Savannah. The property was as advertised. Very nice decor and excellent quiet location. Reported a few minor maintenance items and the property manager who offered to have someone come to repair, but I declined since they were minor. Very nice accommodations, would stay here again.

I found this property for a family visit to see my son in a SCAD play. I had 3 grandparents and a 20-something along. The property was super clean and large enough for us to enjoy each other’s company and navigate the property’s amenities. As a frequent traveler, I have to say my favorite thing about this property is the beds!!! These were the most comfortable beds any of us have ever slept on! My family was super complimentary of the property and thoroughly enjoyed having a place to plan for the the day’s activities and recount our experiences. It’s a short walk to Forsyth Park, but a longer walk to downtown. We did have to Uber most places due to aging adults, but otherwise it was perfect for anyone good with getting 10,000 steps in a day! I would stay here again.

They tried to double the price months after contract was signed!!!

We signed a contract for a month rental. We did this about one year in advance. Six months later I got a phone call from Tybee Vacation Rentals, the management company. They told me that the owners couldn’t rent the house for our agreed on price. I asked how much more they wanted and they weren’t sure but thought it would be 4 or 5 thousand more. We declined. We have rented properties all over the country for the past five years and have never been treated so poorly. This is NOT a VRBO issue, but it is not a good reflection on Tybee Vacation Rentals!

Short Winter Getaway

This was the perfect home base for a much needed week of warm weather in February. Beautiful modern townhome (with offstreet parking) located 2 blocks from Forsyth Park! Accommodations were exactly as pictured on VRBO. Check-in via access code and communication with Tybee Vacation rentals couldn't have gone smoother. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Sisters Trip - Huge Success!

We really enjoyed this rental! Four of us shared it and it was beyond comfortable and quiet. The only thing that could have been even a slight glitch was the door code, but that was just a matter of being patient and turning the knob the right way. :) Seriously a beautiful place, super comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms. The coffeepots, wine glasses supplied, and some other essentials, a little bit of laundry soap, dishwasher pods and dish soap, paper towels, and plenty of toilet paper, made sure we didn't have to run out for anything like that. The location is a beautiful neighborhood. It's close, within several blocks, of restaurants, shops, beautiful Forsyth Park, and a trolley stop for a nice tour and hop on/hop off for where you want to go. Be aware the trolley doesn't run at night. Highly recommend and would go back! Beautiful first time to Savannah. Thank you!

Raw Sewage Leak at Front Door

We would like to request money back due to raw sewage leak at front door for our entire stay. Report leak and no one came to repair line. We were unable to check-in at 4pm and were told someone was doing a safety check at property. We were at the front door at 4 pm and no one was on property. My advice would be to book another location for your health.

Best birthday trip!

This place exceeded our expectations! Great location to walk to Forsyth park and around Savannah historic district. Perfect space for 6 adult couples with 3 comfortable king size beds. Very quiet neighborhood and easy communication with our host. We would absolutely stay here again!

Savannah Charm

Property was amazing, spacious, in walking distance to restaurants, historic districts and visitors center, yet on a quiet street. Beds were comfortable, abundance of towels and amenities. Parking space was secure and there was ample space on streets to park as well. Would recommend this condo.

Modern decor in Historic District

Drop off at SCAD..perfect place to stay

The house was very very clean and comfortable loved the bed bath tub and very close to taking our freshman son to scad yet we were able to do lots of walking and eating and shopping. Would definitely rent it again and hope to well visiting our son.

Beautiful townhouse close to Forsyth Park

I have so many wonderful things to say about this rental. The location was perfect for our family to walk around and enjoy the squares and the rest of Savannah. The beds were super super comfy! Lots of space to hang out. The kitchen was amazing. Well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Loved the coffee bar, Keurig, coffee pot and hot water pot if you brought a French press. Wine storage. And knives that worked and were not dull. When I stay in Savannah again I look forward to staying here.

Beautiful Townhome

This place exceeded our expectations. The home is gorgeous, immaculate and in an excellent location a couple of blocks from Forsyth Park. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room. My only suggestion to the management would be to provide some welcome coffee pods, creamer and sugar for the first morning. And maybe some tissue and courtesy soaps and shampoos for the showers. Otherwise, perfection! And we will definitely stay here again! Thanks for helping to make our trip extra enjoyable!

Spacious updated townhome, quiet and close to Forsyth

Great townhome, comfortable beds and furnishings, great to have a parking spot! Close for walks to Forsyth Park and other parts of historic district. A little off the beaten path, but that makes it nice and quiet. Highly recommend this property, I'd definitely book it again.

Exquisite accommodations

Loved the contemporary flair in Historic Savannah. Charming neighborhood. One parking spot but Liberty Parking garage nearby for other car if one doesn’t want the challenge of street parking. Everything was very comfortable~ sofa, beds. Kitchen has adequate supplies. Clean. Updated electronics. Thank you for allowing us to stay in such superb surroundings (especially with pups)!

Gorgeous Property - still missing items

The house was perfect! Upon leaving, a few items were forgotten. Some where returned after repeated calls and forms filled out. The item still missing, is an expensive electronic that was plugged into the tv. It is still there and management has not addressed that they did not return it eventhough it is on the missing form and I verbally expressed it is missing. Over all, wonderful house and location but the way they handled my items left a bad taste.

A thoughtfully designed space with proximity to top restaurants, attractions, and Forsyth park

Wow! First, the unit was absolutely stunning. Common areas were big enough to fit 6, comfortably. The bedding and pillows were a dream and did us so right after a day of exploring savannah. 10/10 for the look and feel of the place, CLEAN and PRACTICAL. Don’t get me started on the location! We couldn’t have chose a better place to be honest. With it not being dead center in downtown, you are away from all the noise and you could really feel like a local walking the beautiful streets, admiring the architecture and many squares that the town has to offer. 10/10 location, it is walkable to everything! And if you need a Lyft or Uber, it is easy for the driver to find. The unit is about 3-5 blocks away from Forsyth park, making it a perfect opportunity to make coffee in the vrbo and sip it in the park! Now, let’s talk about check in and check out. We were checked in early as the housekeepers were finished early - thank you. Check in was smooth as access to the house is all virtual. Check out was smooth as well, just take out the trash and text then that you’re gone. 10/10 process. Tybee vacation rentals, thank you for providing my family such a memorable stay in your unit. We truly made memories that we will talk about for years to come. Thank you thank you thank you!

Great Savannah visit

This property was pristine. The cleaning service is immaculate. The property is well appointed and beautiful, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is great for walking in Forsyth Park all the way to the Riverwalk and everthing in between. Check in and out seamless with door code. I highly recommend this property for any Savannah stay.

Perfect location

Perfect location Three minutes walking from the park. The neighborhood was Quiet and dog friendly. Everything in the property is very new. The property is very well laid out and decorated comfortably. I would highly recommend this property. The only thing missing was something to grill on outside on the terrace.
