Restez au cœur du centre-ville, mais avec le calme et l'intimité que vous préférez en vacances! Cet appartement situé au troisième étage comprend un salon spacieux, une salle à manger formelle, une cuisine complète et trois chambres.

Entrez dans l'appartement lumineux et remarquez immédiatement les hauts plafonds et le décor charmant. Des cheminées maintenant décoratives ancrent chaque espace et sont complétées par des commodités modernes telles que des télévisions à écran plat murales. Le canapé du salon se soulève sur un lit Queen pour accueillir deux invités supplémentaires.

Adjacent au salon se trouve une salle à manger formelle, sa table pouvant accueillir six personnes confortablement. Prenez votre petit déjeuner en groupe tous les matins ou laissez-vous tenter par un chef local qui dînera. Juste au-delà, la cuisine bien équipée avec deux autres tabourets de bar sur l'île. Attendez-vous à tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas, y compris des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit.

La chambre principale se trouve hors de la cuisine, à l’exclusion des deux autres chambres. Cette chambre a un lit King size avec télévision à écran plat. Un dressing généreux relie la chambre à une salle de bain avec une grande douche.

À l'extrémité sud de l'appartement, en face de Wright Square, les deux autres chambres se ressemblent. Tous deux sont dotés de lits king-size avec des draps de qualité hôtelière et sont équipés d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un grand espace de rangement. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain complète dans le couloir avec une combinaison baignoire / douche sur pattes.

Wright Square est considéré par beaucoup comme un épicentre du centre-ville, car il est situé sur Bull Street, près de Broughton. My family loved this apartment. It checked almost all of the boxes. Lots of space, very close to Broughton St., a square outside the door. It was everything we wanted. The only draw back was some of the furniture. The couch's cushions kept moving so we always felt like we were sliding off the front of it and the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be changed or maybe flipped. I moved to another room after one of our family members left and the mattress was perfect! I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Savannah. The location is perfect and the apartment is perfect.

The apartment is on the third floor. When we inquired about an elevator, we were told there was not one on the property. We then read reviews that mentioned an elevator but described it as working infrequently. There is an elevator, it worked the entire time, but it likely isn't safety certified. I don't understand why they would not make it available safely for everyone.

This place was perfect for my out-of-town friends and I when they came to visit Savannah. The location is excellent, and the late-night noise from the party scene Thursday, Friday and Saturday was muted somewhat by being on the side opposite Broughton Street. I also got a second VRBO overlooking Broughton, and it can get noisy. Not a problem for us, though.

We arrived early and were told by Lucky Savannah after they checked, that we could go check in. When we got to our house, the elevator didn’t work and we had fo carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs, which was difficult with our ages being 59-86 yrs. Then our door code did not work. The heat in the stairwell due to no air conditioner was extremely hot. We were all on the verge of vomiting and passing out! We were given 4 different codes every 15-30 minutes to try to get in. They finally sent out a maintenance man to come let us in. We noticed no overhead lighting in the bedrooms only 1 lamp, the fire detector were not working, and the towel bars would frequency fall off the wall in the hall. The couch cushions were so worn down, you would fight to keep from slipping off the cough when sitting. Having to take the stairs every time we were in/out was very straining.

Family Trip to Savannah

The property was lovely and was perfectly located. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue we had was in regards to the elevator. It was not mentioned in the listing but since we were on the 3rd floor we were happy to see it to help get our bags and a sleeping baby upstairs. Until at one point a few family members were inside the elevator and the doors wouldn’t open for about 10 minutes. Slightly unnerved we called the rental company and they said it wasn’t operational and we shouldn’t be using it. So we would recommend to the rental company to put some sort of sign up saying as such. And to any future guests: use the elevator at your own risk!

Could have been a 5 star stay

Location is awesome and was perfect for our plans. Overall it was clean, and comfortable for our multigenerational crew. However, we were extremely disappointed that the listing does not clearly state that the unit is on the third floor. I learned of this only a few days before we were set to arrive— and only because I read reviews trying to figure out amenities. Additionally the elevator is not operable— which is also not clearly disclosed in the listing. When I inquired the host responded as if it had recently broken when reviews indicate it has been inoperable for over 6 months. By the time we were aware, we were beyond the cancellation period. The stairs were a real struggle for an older member of our party and kept her from wanting to venture out more. Also- there is a back staircase we discovered during our stay that has stairs that are somewhat easier to navigate, but it doesn’t appear they are accessible from outside.We would stay again if we didn’t have an older person with mobility issues in our party, but the price seems high given the inconvenience and nondisclosure.

Great location with 3 comfortable bedrooms. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The staff were so welcoming and shared good restaurants and things to do while we were there. They let us leave our luggage at the office so we could enjoy the day until our check-in time.

On arrival, climbing up three flights of stairs with luggage and older people open the door with the whiff of mold straight to the face.The bathrooms had mold, we’re not clean and the lights were very dim in the shower bathroom the one with the tub had mold all around the tub on the and burnt out lights, so it was very dim. The ceiling was caving in with the mold and wetness and the floor was Giving in in the living room area. Not to mention, we saw the biggest palmetto bug we have ever seen plus several others roaches. Also, the floors were not clean. There was somebody’s part of a weave on the floor when we were arrived. When we went to use the towels and wash rags they smelt of a chemical smell so did the sheets. Oh, and we could not wash and dry the towels, but we wash them, but the dryer did not work no heating element. We were on a time schedule so we did not have time to call maintenance so we just may do. I will not be renting from them again or recommending them.

This house is located in the middle of everything! It is a clean, large, historic apartment. We were able to walk to everything, food and nightlife were convenient. CVS is across the street which was also convenient. We never heard the neighbors.

Good location not so great everything else.

We loved the location the older architecture and the beds were very comfortable. So for location and sleeping it was great. But that was pretty much all that was good. We found out only a few days befor our stay that the elevator was broken. Which they said was recent but it lookd to is like it had not worked in some time. Ended up double parked in the front dumping 6 people worth of stuff along with food and other supplies at the bottom of the stairs then making multiple trips up 3 flights of stairs. Internet completely sucked better off tethered to our phones. Also if you have little ones good luck the internet router is just tossed on the living room floor cabales and all in big mess of wires. Roku tv all sucked half didnt even work need updatess that they couldnt get because internet didnt work. Found a pair of underwear under a rack in the closet one of the lamps was broken and door knobs kept falling off.

Great location, but remember your ear plugs!

First of all, the biggest "pro" is that the location is great! Although this is also a "con", since it can get really noisy overnight (like late night partiers & early morning dumpster pickups!) Our biggest complaint was that the elevator did not work. We had agreed to rent a 3rd floor apartment since we were told it had an elevator - our group was aged 63-75 and we didn't want to continually walk up and down 3 flights of stairs, especially when it came to lugging heavy suitcases & groceries! Another complaint is that the sofa bed is very old and not comfortable at all. Also, although the claw-foot tub is nice, it was not a safe option for us taking showers and all 4 of us had to share the shower in the master bedroom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in Savannah.

Excellent location, but unit needs work

First, the good points. The location is fantastic and the management company is very responsive. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the unit was missing many basic kitchen items, but the company brought most of the items we needed in time. The elevator worked well, and was key for our group, which included folks with mobility issues. However, there are many things that need improvement. The unit was not clean, and it needs a ton of maintenance. Doorknobs off. Nonworking outlets, switches and lights. Broken hair dryer, broken blinds. Visible dust on surfaces, floor that had not been mopped, dirty toilet, and a couch with multiple stains. The beds are quite comfortable, but the pillows are not.

Perfect walkable location

Perfect location to not have to worry about taking an Uber anywhere. We came with 3 couples so the 3 rooms with king beds were perfect. There is an additional pull out couch that we didn’t require. It is on the 3rd floor so taking the stairs up could be a challenge for some but didn’t bother us much. We will definitely be back!

Great location but noisy!

We loved the location. It’s so close to everything. It’s big and has a modern kitchen but would’ve been nice to have a few basic amenities like more than one day of coffee and better air fresheners to remove the musty smell in the kitchen. It is also extremely noisy at night. You can hear everything - sirens, people talking, and yelling until 3 AM. Bring ear plugs or hope you’re a deep sleeper as the apartment offers little barrier from the noise that’s happening outside.

The positive aspects of the property are it’s location, the fact that it has 3 large bedrooms and two baths, nice areas to sit and have conversations and a nice kitchen. The property itself was not as clean as we expected. One example, a used q tip on the floor. There is an elevator, but management suggests only 2 people at a time, and it is slow. The stairs to the third floor where the property is located are quite steep, so guests with mobility issues may find them difficult to navigate. The lock to one of the outside doors was not working, management did repair it but for it was worrisome not being able to lock the door the first night we were there. One light in the kitchen went out, management tried to fix it, but it went out again. We notified management but since we were leaving the next morning and it appeared to be an electrical issue, we suggested it be repaired after we left. The master bathroom sink barely drained and the shower doors are extremely difficult to open and close. We did not report this but because management had responded each time something was reported, we feel once they are notified, these problems would be resolved.

Wonderful Savannah Visit

Wonderful location and original Savannah feel. Church bells noisy at times but thankfully not at night. We were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Minor issues with the TVs and a little challenging on the front end of the visit with the ally parking spot and stairs/luggage but a wonderful visit for sure - would do it again.

We were on Wright Square & our charming VRBO was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Loved that all three bedrooms had King sized beds and it was very spacious. Great kitchen! We lived being there. So convenient to have a dedicated parking spot behind the building!

charming, clean, great location

Wasn’t too sure on what to expect from the photos, it’s hard to determine the layout but Loved the charm of the apartment! The check in/out process was easy and using the app was great. Some furnishings may be dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Be prepared for stairs and a tricky elevator if you use it. Had plenty of soaps, towels, extra blankets, hair dryer etc. We loved the pocket doors and quirks of this place. There are church bells ringing throughout the day, but we enjoyed it. Location is perfect!
