« Very beautiful tiny house in the garden of Deb’s property, just in front of the sea. A lot of small attentions in the house, that make you feel home. Very well equipped, and perfectly quiet and clean. Deb & Lynn are perfect host, do not forget to stop by the little craft shop in the main house. Also, follow the book recommendations, all perfect. « We had a lovely stay at Oak and Fern. The suite is spotless and very nicely decorated. It is stocked with everything you could need. I might add a French press or drip coffee machine but otherwise it is the best stocked VRBO I have stayed in! The balcony is spacious and a great place to hang out. The location is convenient for Courtney, Comox and outdoor activities. Check in was a breeze. »

« The host was pleasant. The location of the property was ok, the view was excellent. But, the property was misrepresented and was not a “luxury private villa “, instead it was a basement suite in a shared home. Unfortunately, the property inside and outside was poorly maintained. The black mold, pink mold, grease, hair, dust bunnies, and finger prints on windows and appliances was unhealthy. Lack of mattress covers, top sheets, fitted sheets was disappointing. Definitely not worth the money and...

« Great property - a number of friends and I stayed there for a golf weekend and it was perfect for having BBQs, hanging out in the backyard, and even going for a swim in the ocean then warming up in the sauna. Had all the things you’d hope in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Fantastic place! »
