« Microwave didn’t work Bedroom was only cleaned twice Had only two wine classes and two dining room chairs until the day before we left. The owners were coming that day then additional chairs and glasses were brought in and a more thorough cleaning was done. Also, fresh flowers were brought in. We wish the owners had come the week before we were there. Overall, we loved the place »

« Casa Palmar is an amazing and beautiful home! We rented the entire home for my mother’s 70th birthday and it fit 9 of us very comfortably. Every single room is unique and beautifully decorated. The 3rd floor pent house was my favorite with an out door shower and separate kitchen. The maid and property manager were both very friendly and engaging and helped with early check in, airport transportation and all the birthday surprises. I 100% recommend this rental property and company. »

« The anemities are good but not amazing. Kitchen is well stocked but has worn out cookware. Cleaners were there everyday but not thorough with floors especially. A Cockroach was seen multiple times in the back of kitchen drawers. Maintenance issues like slow draining showers and leaking tubs were noted to management but not fixed. Property is beautiful though, overall furnishings are nice. Quiet and safe with 24 hour security was appreciated. Our unit being right on the beach was amazing. »
