« We were coming up to get our luggage before 11 and got looked out of both of our rooms. We were pleased to be able to take our luggage into our room before check in time. We had stuff to unload at the party we were going to and bags weren't in our way. »

« When we arrived we were told that we already checked in and there was no room for us. Upon further review, the front desk associate checked in someone else under our room. It took them over an hour to figure it out. Now it’s after 10 p.m. Another guest was having issues with their booking as well. Then another guest came down for a blanket and the same associate was swearing under her breath at this guest. The rooms were very dated, the beds were I comfortable and the pillows were terrible. ...

« The only issues, we had is that ants were getting inside but that is expected. The other is we want to note that when taking a shower the water leaks out and gets on the floor. I would suggest to better seal the shower door so it does not cause damage to the flooring. Other than that it was a good time and experience. »

« Check-in was through a Kiosk. Could barely understand the representative on the kiosk. The check-in system was "glitching" so took at least 25 minutes to check in to a room that was pre-paid for. You could see through door jam into room. Room stunk. Bathroom door did not close without slamming the door. Couch cushion covers were missing and instead covered with just a blanket. TV in bedroom did not have a remote. Breakfast sausage had paper stuck to it. Bakery options were gone and never...
