"Air conditioning did not work - room reached 78 degrees with AC set to 68. Did not sleep due to heat. Staff were non apologetic no attempt for service recovery. Building in general was in disrepair. Do not recommend"

"We staying in one of the RV cabins. There were alot of flies in our cabin! Strange! We had a leaking AC unit that was leaking on the wall and on the floor. The maintenance said they wouldn't be able to fix it till we left. So we used it very minimal. The waterpark area closed earlier than advertised. ..."
