« The only nice thing about this place was the staff.
In our room, there was a small rust colored stain on the bedspread typical of bed bugs and I had a bite on torso. The shower curtain was heavily stained and the bedside tables were not wiped clean.
The next AM there were large ants on the breakfast counter. And the food was old. Also, from the hotel's rewards program, I got a phone call to visit a timeshare demo afterward. Staying away from this place and this brand. »

« The staff was great, however housekeeping is lacking. We booked a king suite for three nights and our original room was pretty dirty. Brown splatter on the bathroom door and brown splatter in the grout of the bathroom floor and under the vanity. Black mold around the ceiling vent. We did get moved to a different room however it was smaller than our original room. The staff was accommodating as possible, and did move us to a nice very large room our last night. Breakfast was okay. Pool was okay....
