« Shower poorly designed and water drainage a major issue. Water overflowed into the corridor and toilet adjacent. Breakfast included which was just coffee and milk. Oven fitted into the kitchen had no socket to plug it into and therefore did not work. Bed in the second room not suitable as the lower pull out bed blocked the entire room which meant we had to use the sofa bed for my mother in law. »
