« Arrivée 19h, personne, hôtel fermé... un client nous renseigne, le patron arrive.... super amabilité, sympathique, l'incident est oublié... super hôtel. Chambre avec petit déjeuner.... servi à table... serveuse mal aimable, désagréable, quel dommage !!!!! Monsieur si gentil, il faut changer ça..... »

« There is nobody at the recption after 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm you have to download an app, make a phone call to the hotel to get a code that activate an "e-key"...what's happen if your phone is out of power or if you don't have the connexion or the knowledge to go through this procedure? Then you can make a phone call and somebody comes to open the door but it is "very costly" according to the hotel manager!!! Unbelievable!!! The only purpose of the system is for the hotel to avoid the cost...

« Bei der Anreise hat es gut mit dem Parkplatz geklappt. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, insbesondere beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück hatte eine reichhaltige Auswahl. »
