« We requested housekeeping and it was confirmed - but never delivered. When I mentioned this on checkout, the staff apologized and extended a credit to our account. That was very much appreciated. »

« Rooms are spacious, and the price was low. The rest are all disadvantages. -- no service -- I saw cops many times in my 5-day stay -- loud neighbours -- lots of noisy, teen kids running around in the corridors. I guess the property is rented by some state agency for boarding the kids under the state care I stayed there for the sunk cost. I will not go back. »

« Breakfast only had cofee, muffins, and oatmeal. Muffins were old. Room did not have shampoo or conditioner. Air conditioner was very noisy. »

« Breakfast on Saturday was excellent! Staff that was serving scrambled eggs/tater tots/bacon was amazing. She still smiles eventhough I can tell she is overwhelmed with all the demands. Sunday breakfast was okay. Sausages were salty. Apple juice machine tasted like water, but right away change after I talked to the staff. Hot water jug was cold. Staff gave me a hot water in a glass which I greatly appreciate it! Saturday staff in cleaning the room was not helpful. I did give her our used towels...

« Beautiful rooms and very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, there was a fair amount of hair in my room and one of my towels was very dirty. I cannot give the hotel room high marks for cleanliness. »
