As you enter this newly renovated vacation home on Seabrook Island, you will be welcomed by a spacious open floor plan. The pristine hardwood floors seamlessly connect all the main living areas. The dining area and elegant living room with a large HDTV are conveniently located next to the kitchen. The kitchen features an island bar with seating for six, providing plenty of space to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Additionally, a laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer, is conveniently located just down the hallway from the entrance for guest convenience.

3200 Pine Needle Lane comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms. The spacious Primary Suite is on the main level with a luxury king bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted HDTV, and a full private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is located at the end of the hall and features a sturdy wooden twin/queen bunk bed, ceiling fan, HDTV, and a full shared bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and features a queen bed, ceiling fan, HDTV, full private bathroom, and cozy nook, great for napping and reading. Bedroom 4 is also upstairs furnished with a queen bed, ceiling fan, HDTV, full private bathroom, and another cozy nook nestled by large double windows providing plenty of natural light for resting in the warm sunlight.

This Seabrook vacation home is biking distance to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available. 

Beach Access: Walk or bike to the beach and club pools.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this residence

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 4 

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
