„This was a wonderful vacation spot! The property is super clean and very well-maintained. The kitchen is amazing, the bathrooms have great showers and the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses and pillows. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, fresh towels, beach chairs and board games. There are mini-splits for AC and they worked very well. You can easily walk to any spot in downtown Rockport and Good Harbor beach is just 3 miles away. Larry is an excellent host!“

„Great location to visit Bearskin Neck. Lovely neighborhood on a cul de sac, so no traffic.The home was spacious. Big kitchen, a separate dining room, tv room that comfortably sits 8 or play games with the family. Entire home was well kept. Beautiful pool, clean and seating outside for 8-10.“

We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!“

„SOOO Spacious!! Tons of open space - which we really enjoyed. SO many light switches. We did not find a book with instructions for the house. There were some lights that we were not able to turn off for some reason. Firm beds; HEAVY comforters - need a few lighter blankets in closets as options. GREAT kitchen to cook in! On the whole a well supplied kitchen. Not enough silverware though. Need more than 2 kitchen towels and 2 small hot polders; need a pair of scissors for the kitchen. I ...
