The Space
Nestled in central Seaside Heights, just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, this freshly renovated home provides the perfect setting for up to 8 guests.
Step into an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bar/lounge space, and a bright sunroom overlooking the private pool.

The main level features a luxurious spa-like bathroom with both a bathtub and stall shower, shared between two spacious bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Serta luxurious king-size Tempur-Pedic bed
Guest Bedroom: LinenSPA plush queen-size bed

While it is the Seaside norm to bring your own beddings, we provide complimentary soft linens on all the beds!

Follow the spiral staircase to the 3rd-floor loft, where a cozy bunk-bed hideout awaits the kids, along with a junior master suite that boasts its own private indoor balcony overlooking the living space. This suite’s bathroom offers a walk-in rain shower and a one of a kind heart-shaped tub with air bubbles, perfect for a long, soothing soak.

For added convenience, the home includes an in-condo washer and dryer, ensuring a stress-free stay.

Please note that you will have to climb stairs to reach this 2nd floor condo, while the spiral staircase to the 3rd floor loft is stunning, it is a little narrow so if there are any members who may have difficulty climbing these stairs → they can use the full bathroom and large bedrooms on the main floor.

Expectations & Rules
As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.

No Subleasing
For security and peace of mind, subleasing or transferring your reservation to another party is not allowed. No 3rd party booking, the booking person must stay through the reservation

No Parties or Loud Gatherings
While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.
As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.
(Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances.)

Pet Policy
We welcome 1 small non shedding dogs ! A pet fee applies.
Please provide your pet’s breed and size before booking for approval.
Unfortunately, large dogs that shed excessively or have aggressive tendencies are not a fit for our space.

Our Cleanliness Promise
We take pride in offering a clean space.
If anything isn’t to your satisfaction when you arrive, let us know within 2 hours of check-in and we’ll gladly send our cleaning team.
