With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and space for up to nine guests, this comfortable Seaside home is a great fit for families and friends looking to enjoy the coast together.

After a day exploring the beach, come home to your own private place to recharge. Slip into the backyard hot tub for an evening soak, or retreat to the primary suite, where a private sauna in the en-suite bathroom turns the end of the day into something a little more indulgent. With generous sleeping space and three full bathrooms to keep mornings moving smoothly, The Roost makes it easy to settle in, relax, and enjoy Seaside at your own pace.

Close to the ocean but comfortably tucked away from the bustle, The Roost brings together beach-town fun and at-home relaxation for a getaway that feels effortless from the moment you arrive.

Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
