First the good news. The room was clean, and the location was central. In contrast, the description of the property clearly stated, "on-site parking." I rented a car. Our plane was arriving late so I wanted to be clear which part of the driveway I should park. I wrote the host. He never admitted the description was incorrect, nor did he do anything but tell me that there is only street parking, which is very difficult to find, and he sent me maps showing there was virtually no parking. A hospital and a govt facility were nearby taking up parking spots. I ended up renting uber for 9 days. Secondly, this was essentially a boarding house with 8 different rooms and a common kitchen/living room area. So much for the VRBO commercials about you having the whole house. Again, nowhere in the description was there any information telling you there could be 7 other guests in the house. These are essentially lies and it's not ok. This was by far my worst experience with a VRBO and I would not recommend this place.
When we arrived, the Roku remote had no back holding in the batteries. Additionally, the Internet was buffering with YouTube TV. I email Vincent and he said he would forward my concerns to maintenance. Do you think I saw anyone from maintenance? The Internet remained slow, and the Roku still had no back. Very disappointed with the overall experience. I gave it 2 stars because it was clean and there is a Starbucks in the hospital.
