Very dark. The toilet didn’t flush and the light was dim and not working in the bathroom. No lid on the toilet. Toilet seat was loose. Beds were very soft and lumpy. Inside microwave was rusty. Good kitchen facilities.

Best place to be homeless If you can afford about $500-$600 a week. Staff is very friendly helpful and patient. The cleaning lady only speaks Spanish, so if you need to ask for something you should translate it using Google. The kitchen is very good, we could cook food from one of the 3 grocery stores within walking distance. Very pet friendly, no extra charge for up to 2 pets.

DISGUSTING!! DO NOT, I REPEAT.. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The streets of Seattle & Portland , OR combined are cleaner than this place!! The stench in the room alone was beyond gut wrenching, but then to add all the pubic hairs in the bathtub, ratty hair balls in the corners, holes in the walls and bathroom sink, an electrical box door just flapping around, and a vent cover on its last clip hanging from the wall. Worst place I’ve ever stayed and truly didn’t think there could ever be a place this ronchy!!!

The front desk staff were all helpful but the rooms were dated and in poor condition. The property was noisy all throughout the morning and nighttime with sketchy folks in and out. It was ok for a low cost stay

The front desk staff was lovely and helpful but the room had a bit of a smell when we got there and was honestly just kind of depressing . The cold white walls and lack of lighting made me not want to go back. Also the bed kept sliding around on its frame.

I was surprised to find a cook top and pots and pans in the unit. It was nice to have the option to make real food in my room instead of just convenience food.

The people work in the front desk were great in the front unfortunately the room did not have the accommodations expected such as hot water and a heater that will turn off they did replace the microwave.

Good amount of parking easy just to and from the freeway good amount of restaurants nearby. Only issue I saw were that the pillows were not very good. In my opinion very flat.

The first room I was put in, was room 204 had roaches all over kitchenette , I was move next day .I left my pajama on the bed in first room have asked about it , multiple times I was told will be send to me once room is clean , called couple weeks later to follow up on that , I was told manager will call me never got the pajama or manager phone calls .

My non smoking room was saturated with smoke, the mattress smelled so bad. Morning staff said they would guarantee me a better room and rate. Afternoon staff said the girl from the morning did not exist and they would not give me the room or rate she had quoted me. Called me various names and would not listen to what I was trying to explain.
