« This is the third time we’ve stayed at the Greenfield. It is clean. Everyone is very nice and it’s very convenient and affordable. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. »

« It was a clean, comfortable stay. My sister and I booked separately. The front desk staff realized this and graciously changed my room to be close to hers without having to be asked. »

« There was some homeless or gypsy women hanging out in their parking garage all during the day and most of the night. It seems even 1 of them would come in to go swimming and use the laundry facilities. »

« I loved the large balcony overlooking the river. It’s basically why I went there. The staff members I encountered were helpful and pleasant. Parking was a breeze. The grounds of the hotel are very nice and well maintained. Nice outdoor eating/seating. I will definitely be back. »

« My tv didn’t work. The room didn’t even have the right remote controls. They spent a few hours working on it. The staff said it was an ongoing problem. Why did Marriott pay big money for such high end tvs , when they could have spent $200 or less at Walmart for a Vizio that works. Very disappointed, as I need the tv for white noise. Therefore, I didn’t sleep. Not a happy customer. With that being said…the staff was amazing! »

« I had checked in and minutes later got a call about a family emergency and had to leave immediately and was denied a refund request. Also I had to switch rooms because the first one the tub was completely stopped up and water just collected in the tub. The first room smelled of mildew. The second room reeked of pot. There was only one towel. I would rather sleep in my car then ever sleep at this hotel. »

« Staff was rude the bathroom had no shower curtain and no remote control for the television and the toilet seat was not screwed in properly and the room had no hairdryer or tissue in the dispenser box and they had no toilet paper roll support for the toilet paper roller. I will not stay there again and they should fix the pool in that place so making a place look like a dump. »

« Our room was definitely updated and clean. This motel/hotel appears to be under new management. The parking lot is full of potholes, and the breakfast room too small. The permanently manned reception kiosk is situated in the breakfast room and makes one wonder if someone is listening to your conversation. Having said all this, it is apparent that this establishment is slowly being improved. Henderson is in dire need of a decent hotel and I hope this one succeeds. »
