This place is really amazing, especially if you like clean and contemporary, thoughtful, with a functional kitchen and great views. It is perfect for 3-6 guests. I highly recommend it. BUT be aware that the management company is huge and highly corporate, and out to make extra money on the deal. You cannot cancel without paying for it ahead of time. There is a strict no cancellation policy, even in some reasonable timeframe, as with other properties. You must sign loads of documents agreeing not to damage, etc the property. Then you get messages of good wishes combined w “if you want to check in early or late, it will be 100/hour!” And these messages come with ads for extra amenities. For me, this is becoming a deal-breaker. (In this same trip I had a private property owner let me know, unprompted, that I could check in early because the property was ready early!) I had let Sedona.org know my annoyance via email for having to sign documents for actions that could be easily litigated (law on their side). They called to hear my opinion and promptly told me “you have no idea how many people have screwed us over.” So, just so you know that’s how it will feel.
