Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding! The pictures and description do not adequately capture the beauty of this property. From the moment you drive up to the driveway, there is an instant WOW-factor! Elegantly nestled in a beautiful and quiet upscale residential area of West Sedona, this property is in close proximity to delicious restaurants, hiking, and beautiful red rock mountain views. This property exceeded our expectations. It had everything we could imagine- pool towels toys, pots, pans, seasonings... EVERYTHING! We enjoyed the beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi, the luxurious roooftop which had phenomenal views of the red rocks and the various rooms to gather and talk. We enjoyed cooking in the chef's dream kitchen and had the best night's sleep ever on the comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. This place was immaculate. Every morning we could see hot air balloons which were beautiful and oh so vibrant- a wonderful way to start each morning along with coffee and views. The host Jared was very responsive, kind, and answered all of our questions. The check in process was a breeze! I highly recommend this property for your next visit to Sedona as we definitely will be back to this exact house!

My family of 7 stayed at this property for eight nights, and it definitely exceeded our expectations, from the homes’s beauty inside and out, to the amazing views and location, to the accommodations and amenities. Fabulous Sedona Home

The home and property were wonderful. It was a perfect place to stay for our family of six adults and three children. We stayed there for one week at the beginning of April. The weather included chilly temperatures and hail but the swimming pool was heated so the kids really enjoyed it. The home was expansive with 25 ft. ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The views from inside the house and rooftop deck were incomparable. Anything you would want in a vacation home was there. It was a short drive to Sedona for restaurants and take out, although if you wanted to cook the kitchen had everything one would need. The Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon were a few hours away but an easy drive. Without question our family would happily stay there again.

Stunning views with a Backyard Oasis

We travelled to Sedona from all over the place to celebrate my 50th birthday, it was an all girls trip (9 of us) and we had an amazing time! The property was gorgeous with plenty of space. I was worried it might be too big for my group and we would end up scattered but it was perfect. The location was great, it had exceptional views and the house was stunning! The backyard oasis was wonderful for us to relax and enjoy our time. The only small thing is that the bath towels were very small and we spent quite some time trying to connect our music to the backyard speakers only to find out they were disconnected. The property manager replied fairly quickly but I wish we would have known that in advance so we didn’t spend as much time as we did trying to connect. For the price that we paid for the rental I was a little disappointed that it was an additional $200 a night to heat the pool but we were able to take a quick dip and then immediately use the jacuzzi which was heated at no extra charge. Overall it was a great experience.

The house and location were great. Our stay was comfortable. Took advantage of outside sitting and views constantly. Minor issue with the hot tub (and the communication with property manager was quick and detailed) but did not effect the overall quality of our stay. If future plans dictate a large, nice house we will not hesitate to reserve this property

Wonderful Experience

My family and I had a wonderful experience and stay. The house is spectacular, with unbelievable views, a great outdoor kitchen area, pool area, and was very clean and tidy and well-maintained. Communication with the host was excellent, and it is obvious that he truly wants his guests to have a tremendous experience. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sedona.

One Word - AMAZING!!!

This house is easily the nicest place we have ever stayed through VRBO. The pictures (which are beautiful) actually don’t do it justice. As soon as you walk through the doors, your jaw will drop - from the 20+ foot ceilings, the views, the chef’s kitchen, the pool / jacuzzi - everything is fantastic. We chose to alternate days with activities and it was a great decision - one day to the Grand Canyon, one day staying at home to relax, use the pool, and cook dinner, one day to Antelope Canyon / Horseshoe Bend, one day at home. You will look forward coming home to this place every time. Jared, the property manager, was great to work with and provided several nice recommendations - restaurants, Pink Jeep tour, wineries, and other activities. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sedona!
