Sedona Adobe Cottage est idéalement situé à la sortie de la SR 89A, à proximité de nombreux magasins, restaurants, galeries et attractions de Sedona. C'est un choix parfait pour toute escapade à Sedona.

La maison offre une spacieuse surface habitable de 2 194 pieds carrĂ©s sur deux niveaux, trois chambres Ă  coucher et deux salles de bain pour accueillir confortablement jusqu'Ă  six personnes. Vous pouvez mĂȘme avoir un membre de votre famille Ă  fourrure vous rejoindre, car cette propriĂ©tĂ© autorise un animal de compagnie (frais de l'animal non remboursables de 300 USD et approbation prĂ©alable requise).

Lorsque vous entrerez dans la maison, vous entrerez dans le vaste espace de vie principal - le salon, la salle Ă  manger et la cuisine.

Salon: Dans le salon, vous adorerez le grand canapé d'angle, la télévision HD de 60 pouces (avec la programmation DISH / DVR) et le foyer à gaz confortable. Vous aurez également un accÚs facile aux zones de patio.

Cuisine: La cuisine entiÚrement équipée est spacieuse et comprend des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un sol en carrelage en travertin, des comptoirs en granit spacieux et un bar-cuisine pouvant accueillir deux personnes.

Coin repas: Le coin repas comprend une table à manger pour six personnes et un bar à vin avec un réfrigérateur à vin à deux zones.

Chambre à coucher principale (niveau supérieur) - Lit King size, TV HD, foyer au gaz, balcon privé. La salle de bain privée offre une double vasque, une baignoire (avec vue!), douche séparée en carrelage et toilettes.

Chambre 2 (niveau principal) - Lit Queen-Size, Smart TV 50 ", accĂšs Ă  une salle de bain complĂšte avec combo baignoire / douche.

Clean, comfortable property with great location!

We enjoyed our recent stay at this property. It is well located, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a lovely view from the backyard. The house is well appointed - guests can tell an effort was made to anticipate every need! We would definitely stay at this property again (hopefully soon)! Property management provided prompt responses to a couple of pre-check in questions; the reservation and check in / out processes were easy and straightforward.

Unforgettable

This property made this trip unforgettable.The sunsets off the patio, the hot tub for sore muscles after hiking, and the large, well equipped kitchen that made it easy to made breakfast just to name of the few things that were great . We were traveling with a wheel chair. This property had first floor living and no stairs. The patio had fantastic amenities most of all the view. Great deal for a great price!

Beautiful house with amazing view!

Beautiful home in the perfect location for our family of 5 adults. The property was beautiful and spacious. We loved the view from the master bedroom and the private hot tub was the perfect way to relax and the end of a full day of hiking. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent!

We got the check in instructions and they were easy to follow and everything worked as it should. Even down to the appliances and the fireplaces, stuff just worked and we had no issues! The location is actually wonderful especially for people who like to escape from traffic and take walks. We would love to stay there again sometime!

Great Family House

This house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. 3 couples enjoyed plenty of space. The hot tub was great, neighborhood was quiet (hopefully we weren't too loud for the very close neighbors!) and even though the house is in town, the view is still amazing.

Overall good stay

Property was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell care was put into this place and we felt very comfortable. Beautiful views. Also the yard had cute touches like bird feeders and decor which made a great environment to enjoy the weather. We did have a communication issue regarding the hot tub that wasn’t handled great. But the person we spoke with ended up apologizing and made it right. I would just recommend being careful while using the hot tub. They send someone out to service frequently and after using it once I got a call regarding the top that we apparently did not put on correctly and also the temp was put too low even though we didn’t mess with it? Hot tubs can be finicky I know and the Benefit of the doubt was not give to us unfortunately. Which is scary since the signs are everywhere that warn that they charge if anything goes wrong with it. But like I said, the apologized for mishandling the situation which is why we still have 4 stars.

Terrible experience

The house had spiders and I had 2 instances where spiders were crawling up my leg. The patio area had cobwebs and spiders around the out door fireplace, the bbq area and the spa. The outside fire place was not operable and did not work. The spa shorted out and lost all power the second we tried to turn on the jets. It was a very disappointing experience for the amount of money that I spent to have a nice place to stay for my fiancés birthday weekend. I am pretty unhappy with the conditions. Especially since my fiancé was very excited to sit out and enjoy the beautiful Sedona weather with the outdoor fireplace and spa. Those were 2 of the main reasons why we chose the location at 185 view drive. If we had known the condition we would never have spent that money on the place. We will most likely not use Vrbo again.

We really enjoyed this home! From the hot tub to the cozy, warm fireplaces to the large fully stocked kitchen and upstairs master bedroom it was everything we had hoped for! Great location to the trails and local shops/restaurants! Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views!

Amazing!

I cannot say enough about the property and the staff that manage it! First, they really undersell the views. It is just breath taking. The outside area has everything you need: hot tub, couch, tv, dining table, lounging chairs and electric fire place. In side there were so many nice little touches that allowed us to enjoy the stay. They had every switch labeled with which light/fan it controlled. They left helpful kitchen supplies like spices, aluminum foil, sugar, etc. things that in most VRBOS you have to purchase each time. This helped save us money when we purchased groceries. The staff was also so helpful with booking us experiences while we were out there and allowing us to check in a couple hours early. The location seemed to be so perfect. We were never more than 10 mins from everything we wanted to do. We loved this place so much and will recommend it to everyone who visits Sedona!
