We booked this home for a girls trip and could not have been happier. I have to note above all, our local AvantStay contact, Joe, was incredible! He gave us the best dining recs and was immediately at our door for a minor issue (that ended up not even being an issue and a quick fix we simply didn’t know how to do). The home was clean, spacious, and had incredible views. We were more than comfortable and so pleased with how easy communication was with Joe. We really felt cared for. Uptown was a short walk away from the home

Great location, great view! AC worked great. It was nice to have space in garage to park.The house didn't feel super clean - I found some hair and dead bugs on the bathroom floor that would have easily been noticed by a cleaning crew but my guess is they skipped cleaning the floors. This house needs some TLC. The metal railing on the patio feels slightly unstable and the beam that runs across the whole patio floor is rotten (you can see it on the end). Several of the window blinds need to be replaced. The dryer is so loud, there has to be something wrong with it, however it does work. The fridge doesn't have working water or ice feature; there are ice trays and a filtered water pitcher. Just fix the things that need it.The grounds could be really beautiful if some money was spent rejuvenating them (it's a real shame that large water feature in the yard is not active and working).I would recommend replacing the coffee pot with a keurig and offering at least one box of Kleenex since the dessert is dry.

Our family of eight (2 adults and 6 kids ages 9–17) had an ABSOLUTELY fantastic stay at this Sedona home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the space and comfort, including the bedrooms and the common spaces. With a group our size, it can be hard to find a place where everyone has room to spread out, but this house handled it effortlessly. There was plenty of space for the kids to relax and for the adults to enjoy some quiet moments too.The views were truly unbeatable. Waking up and looking out at the stunning red rocks each day was one of the highlights of our trip and can’t forget about being in the hot tub in the chilly air, well still looking out at the beauty of Sedona. The setting made the whole experience feel peaceful and special.Communication with the host was also excellent and definitely top notch . Any questions we had were answered quickly, and everything was addressed promptly, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.Overall, this home was perfect for a larger family like ours. Spacious, beautiful, and incredibly well managed — we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona!

The location of the house and the space was perfect for our family. Everyone had enough room and we were easily able to walk to Uptown Sedona for dinner and sites. It was also so convenient to access a variety of hiking trails. We would definitely stay there again!

It was the perfect place for our girl trip. We loved that there were plenty of indoor and outdoor common spaces for our group of eight to hang out. The house is within walking distance of downtown. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Place was beautiful. Had a couple maintenance issues that needed to be addressed but their team was prompt, courteous and helpful! The only thing to be mindful of is that the master bathroom doesn’t have a door—hope the folks sharing that room are super comfortable with each other!

Great stay with family of 9 (multi-generational)

We had an incredible stay at this property to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. EXTREMELY clean home with all the amenities you can ask for in a rental home. It’s clear the owners anticipate the needs of their guests. There wasn’t one thing that I could say needs improvement. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, each room is a great size and we were able to comfortably fit 9 with extra room. The backyard has the most beautiful view that you want to enjoy at sunset. The property manager was attentive and easy to chat with as well. I’m hoping we will have an excuse to return again. Don’t hesitate and book this rental!

Beautiful Views!

We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Sedona. The house was as listed online. The beds were comfortable and clean. The hall bath could have been cleaned better before our arrival. an oversight on the cleaning staff? I would like to suggest a new set of skillets and or inventory of the kitchen cookware. We were a party of 8 and had to cook large family meals in portions, which took more time. We loved hiking and visiting all the fun locations around Sedona, and the house was located in a quiet neighborhood.

Amazing place and location

This is our fourth visit to Sedona, and this is the best spot we’ve stayed at yet. Love the 4 king beds - super spacious and comfy. The kids used the super clean hot tub daily. Killer views out of the place, well stocked kitchen. It’s probably even walkable to downtown Sedona, but ended up finding parking when going out

Lovely place, great views, good location. Recommendations, needs a deep clean, vents vacuumed, curtains washed etc. Also a couple of cabinet doors are broken. when ready for new living room furniture, more comfortable chairs and couch, for older folks very difficult to get in and out of. Hot tub was great!

Unforgettable View

I stayed here with my family, and we absolutely loved the house. The bonus room, with its two queen Murphy beds, was perfect for my teen nieces. The open-plan living room was spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group of ten. The best part was the breathtaking view of the red rocks from both the balcony and the living room. Additionally, the house's close proximity to the uptown shopping area was very convenient.
