Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist in vielerlei Hinsicht durchschnittlich. Es eignet sich aufgrund der Lage gut für eine Nacht vor oder nach dem Besuch der Ruinen von Ephesus. Einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht empfehlen.

Wir waren im Juli im Hotel. Das Hotel hat eine recht große Anlage. Die Räumlichkeiten sind schon etwas veraltet aber trotzdem sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Das Essen ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Internet war in den Räumen und Lobby akzeptabel, aber am Pool und Beach Bar kaum vorhanden. Am Besten hat uns der Strand gefallen. Das Hotel hat eine sehr breite Strandfläche. Der Sand ist sehr fein und goldig. Man kann barfuss fast 200m ins Meer hineinlaufen. Auch auf dem Meeresboden nur feiner Sand. Es gab gute Unterhaltung mit Shows und alle 2 Tage Livemusik. Wir würden das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Das Essen war super. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an verschiedenem Essen, es ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten anfangs ein Zimmer mit Teppich, das sehr in die Jahre gekommen war und richtig gestunken hat. Wir durften auf Anfrage problemlos das Zimmer wechseln und zogen in ein viel schöneres Zimmer in einem Bungalow. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war jeden Tag sauber. Lediglich die Mitarbeiter an den Bars und im Restaurant waren sehr reserviert. Das Hotel ist für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern total geeignet.

Pleasantly surprised!
Very nice maintained park,quiet in night,nice beach (bit sandy sea), AI orientated on budget-more vegetables,but very tasty,absolutely attentive stuff.Liked also very much how well they are treating the cats and dogs in the area. One minus-it seems to be a budget-destination....the guests are not the best educated ones...but this the hotel cannot change...

Strandhotel nahe Ephesus
Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub im Richmond Ephesus Resort verbracht. Ausschlaggebend für uns war die Nähe zum antiken Ephesus, wo man auch bequem und günstig mit dem Dolmus hinkommt. Sehenswert ist auch das Städtchen Selcuk, mit dem Museum in dem Funde aus Ephesus zum sehen sind, oder auch die Johannes Basilika und die Moschee. Alternativ kommt man mit dem Dolmus auch gut nach Kusadasi. Sonst ist das Hotel etwas abgelegen, es gibt keine Promenade oder Läden, man kann aber am Strand schön entlanggehen, bis zu den benachbarten Anlagen. Ich finde das Hotel von der Optik sehr schön, die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bad ist schön und alles ist sehr sauber! Vom Balkon hatten wir eine schöne Aussicht auf den Pool, den Garten und das Meer. Im Garten gibt es auch einige Bungalows. Insgesamt wirkt die ganze Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt und Anfang November war es auch sehr ruhig, obwohl das Wetter noch ganz toll mit Temperaturen bis 25 ° war. Das Buffet ist reichhaltig, für jeden Geschmack etwas da; abend war aber wesentlich mehr Trubel als mittags, weil da meistens noch RSD Reisegruppen für 1 oder 2 Abende da waren. Tagsüber waren dann alle wieder weg und dann war es ganz gemütlich. Die Leute sind bis auf wenige Ausnahmen (s. unten) nett und höflich, allerdings muss man etwas Englisch sprechen, den Deutsch verstehen die meisten nicht. Ein Lob an den Empfangschef und den Restaurantchef, die beide sehr kompetent und behilflich sind!

Beach, garden, swimming pools are very nice. Food quality is good. Particularly the breakfast was excellent! However, there are not many dining options. At time when we visited, there was only buffet open. We had a Senior suite and 2 Standard Single rooms. The suite was nice and spacious, however in the Single rooms there were 2 beds and they were pretty small (removing 1 bed would help to create a little more space, also it's expected to be single anyway). No problems with parking. We enjoyed our stay and I can recommend it.

fast check in. nice and friendly staff all over and every were. efficient with a good service. almost 1 hr from Izmir. the room is not so big but wide enough. take see view to get an amazing view. clean. billows need to be improved. bathroom has all needed tools. AC hot and cold is fantastic. swimming pool is wide, nice and clean. the beach is extra amazing. entertainment every night with very efficient teams. amusing. if you travel with children they will never get bored with many places and activities to do. food is an open buffet in the 3 meals. hot. fresh and very delicious. lots of variation. also the spa and the gym. all facilities are nice. no need to go out of this 5 stars resort. frankly. the service we got is higher than the money we paid. I hope they can keep the same level in summer to come back :) my family and myself loved our stay and for sure we will come back again. hopping the hotel will keep this level in all matters.

Our family loved the rooms and the beautiful view from our rooms, however, the food was not the best:( not much variety, almost the same food every day. The staff were very friendly! Overall, we had a very good time on this property.

Oda, otel ve çevre temizliği çok iyi. Odalar her gün temizleniyor. Çevre düzenlemesi çok güzel, yeşil iyi korunmuş. Yemek çeşitliliği yüksek, lezzet kişisel bir konu. Aç kalmak mümkün değil, yerleşimin muhtelif yerlerinde muhtelif saatlerde türlü ikramlar yapılıyor. Çocuklar için bir çok oyun alanı ve aktivite var. Çocuklu aileler için ideal göründü. Deniz temiz, ama çok sığ. Çocuklar için iyi ama derin suları sevenler hoşlanmayabilir. Özetlersek, eşimle beş keyifli gün geçirdik.

Decent budget resort. I would say it's a 3.5 star hotel. Good buffet restaurant. Very limited a la carte dinning. Nice beach with very fine sand. Probably because of the sand the color of the water is dirty brown near the shore.

Awesome week and food but beware of mosquitoes
Very beautiful and comfortable place to stay for a week. Clean and hygienic facility. Food was amazing and service was exceptional. A lot of variety of traditional Turkish and international food choices were available and changes every day. A couple of maintenance issues but resolved right away. As much as we enjoyed our family time we were troubled by mosquitoes. Recommend to bring your own repellent. Really good choice for a family stay.

Séjour sympa, animateurs super sympa. Nourriture variée et bonne. Petite bémol,les arrangements hôtel/taxi désavantageux pour le client.Il faut diminuer les prix annoncés de 30 à 40%. Animation sympa sans plus dû au matériel et infrastructures moyennes. Mais en gros,suffisant pour nous.

The check-in was very easy and the staff at check-in and check-out were fantastic. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The staff in the restaurants and bars were hit and miss. Some were very good others a little bit cold. The food and drinks were fine. It was not gourmet but there was lots of things available and generally tasted pretty good. The grounds were really well taken care of and while the place seemed a little dated it was generally well maintained. For the price, I would definitely say it was good value for money.

Had a great week - Very friendly staff- lots of activities and fab beach. Not 5 star as per European standards but nevertheless its a really good hotel within 10-15 mins of central Kusadasi. We will be returning.
