"Très confortable et chambre familiale spacieuse. Décoration sobre et raffinée. Bien que située sur une rue passante notre chambre etait parfaitement insonorisée et nous avons passé une très bonne nuit au calme. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui bien que dans une salle agréable était assez mal organisé et mal réapprovisionné. Agréable tout de même de pouvoir commandé des omelettes et eux à la cuisine, plus qualitatif que le buffet qui offre tout de même des produits très corrects. "

"The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"
