„A shopping Mall is a 5 minute walk, all the main supermarkets, Aldi,Coles,Woolworths, a butchers, market stalls & more. The main strip for Coolongata is a 10-15minute walk away. Safe area at night, nice local parks, fuel station at the end of France’s street. The room was clean, ample towels, toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, Iron,hairdryer in the room. „I would not recommend to stay here. We‘ve booked a villa for 3 nights, some lowlights: 1) No AC or ventilator in the living room (lot of sunshine into the living room 2) Overall it was dirty and not well maintained (broken tiles in bath room) - dirty refrigerator I will attach some photos which speak for themselves. The view is great, but besides that book something else.“

„Be aware the entire unit has 1 single aircon (none in bedrooms). Unit smelled of cigarette smoke. Fan/light combo turns on and off randomly (fun times at 3am with a 4yo when the light suddenly turns on). General cleanliness could do with some work. Carpets pretty dirty.“

„Location is a 10* and the property is a 1*. The deferred maintenance and replacement of faulty and inadequate equipment is awful. Broken: Window shades, Door drapes, Electric outlet, Peeling floor, Ceiling light, & Table. Dirty and swelly blankets and furniture.“

„The room needed a good clean we still had previous guests toenails in bathroom and on the carpets. The kitchen sink is dirty, oven, hotplate and range hood covered in fat and the filters are missing from the rangehood. All the crockery and cultery don't match and were dirty. There was mould on the blinds, curtains, skirting boards and in the bathroom.We could see that the place had been freshly painted and they have tried to bring it back to a 4 star but the neglect of replacing the furniture ...
