« Excellent all around. »

« Variety of breakfast. Clean and big room. Have a nice space for parking. We went to a restaurant that was recommended by staff and it was amazing. Only one tiny thing : the room is a bit dim for my liking even when I turned on the lamps. »

« Rooms had a kitchen save money on eating in »

« The rooms were nice and clean and the room looked like it was recently renovated. I have had the breakfast at this chain before and it was good, but this breakfast was lacking. »

« No contact stay and wonderful location and modern room with comfortable bed. »

« Clean room »

« Room/suite was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty setting. The continental breakfast hot food wasn't very good. »

« The rooms had a horrible smell. And when we turned the heat on it smelled like straight fire. The rooms were gross and old! We tried to shorten our trip, but they told us it would actually cost us more to leave early than it would be to stay there. It would have cost us $355 the entire stay. But if we wanted to shorten the trip, it would cost us four hundred dollars?! What?! »

« Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel is dated and needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Our room was on the third floor with no elevator. Imagine having to drag luggage, food, and other belongings up three flights of stairs and make multiple trips. It was extremely inconvenient. When we requested additional clean towels and bed linens, we were told to call the front desk because the staff member didn’t carry any. We called...

« Did not appreciate additonal fees. Spent 1500 for 2 nights. Ridiculous and not worth it »

« Hotel cancelled our room without telling us. We arrived at 11:30pm to a locked front desk with a number to call taped on the door. We were told they weren’t opened and there was nothing they could do for us even though our room was booked and confirmed earlier in the day. Wound up having to figure something else out at midnight. Never dealing with this hotel ever again. »
