« Remote glamping. Feels like a miracle that this camp in the middle of the Serengeti has hot water, electricity, Internet, and white tablecloth dining. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is not for the faint hearted or light sleeper. There are delightful animal noises at night. Baboons come into the camp at dusk. « Mussa and his team are fabulous. I went with my two sons in July 2026. The location of Pumba Luxury Camp is amazing. You feel the thrill of sleeping in the middle of the bush, surrounded by tall grass and wondering what animals could be hiding there. But the staff is constantly patrolling the area. No need to worry. They always escort you from your tent the lobby and dining area, and back again. Very attentive people. And kind.
