« The pool was close but I enjoyed the gym and the breakfast, the room was a little bit cold the temperature was kinda of hard to adjust. Room was clean staff was very nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you so very much. »

The rooms have doorbells, which people were ringing all night long. I got zero sleep. I left after the first night and Expedia refused to credit me for the second night. I am done with Expedia - they never remove poor hotels from their website. This one was horrible. »

« C’est ma pire expérience à vie!! La chambre 416 n’avait pas été nettoyée et il y avait encore des graines de pain ou de biscuits sur la chaîne et le comptoir! J’ai donc demandé à changer de chambre mais c’était pas mieux dans la 412. Il N’y avait plus de papier de toilette sur le rouleau, pas de rideau de douche et des traces de sang sur 2 des 4 oreillers! « Hotels should be forced to add a banner that says ‘under renovation’. I know most hotels would get 0 bookings, but instead the hotels and Expedia deceive guests about the nature of their stays which is almost always based on reviews that happened when there were no renovations going on. You can include in the banner renovation hours and which floors are not affected. And explain you’re charging 75% of normal and comparable rates. What you should never do is lie.
