* THE CABIN:
This peaceful mountain cabin is the perfect home away from home! The cozy living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The spacious game room includes soaring ceiling, an additional floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a pool table, dart board and several arcade games. The cabin has three bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, and plenty of storage space. All bedrooms have a King-sized bed.

Outside, you`ll love spending time on the porch enjoying the fresh mountain air and peaceful views. The decks have plenty of seating and are a perfect spot to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. The side deck has the bubbling hot tub, along with an outdoor BBQ grill. The seating areas have private wooded views.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking and strict no-pet policy. Any guests violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
